Cabin Heater Issue?

I have noticed with the cold temps recently that my cabin heater periodically stops blowing warm air for a couple minutes. The truck is at operating temp. It does not matter if the temp is set at 70 degrees or high. The fan is still working because the air is blowing cold. The warm air does come back but it's definitely chilly for a couple minutes. None of my previous Ram trucks have done this. I have not yet taken to the dealer to have it looked at. I'm starting with this community to see 1) If anyone else has had this issue? 2) Is this normal for the 2022's? 3) Is there a simple fix I can do before I take it in?

Post any fix they come up with to help folks down the road if you don’t mind.

Finally took truck in for service today. They were not able to detect an issue but did advise there was a HVAC software update. They flashed HVAC from 68493387AB to 68493387AD.

Not sure if it is an issue or not, since I'm not an expert, but that is one reason I do not like the new format of using temperature numbers for heat and air. Basically, when you set it for 70 degrees and you feel cold air, its because the computer recognizes the cabin temp is above 70 and starts blowing cold air to bring it back down to 70 degrees. You feel the cold air when you computer thinks it drops below 70. It would be nice if it just worked like a home heating system.

Thanks for posting this. Did they mention what changes were applied as a result of the flash?
