2023 HD Crowdsourced Order Tracking & Waiting Room

So how do you guys follow your trucks on the train?…..

I wish my delivery date would have moved up a month, haha. My dealer said it will probably take a month to go the 88 miles from the rail yard to the dealer. Trying to figure out if they switched to oxen pulling it instead of using a truck due to driver shortage, haha

So my truck (Limited 2500) has been sitting as Built since 1/27 and hasn’t budged since. My delivery estimate moved by only two days since building to 3/13. I’m pretty skeptical at this stage that that is happening!

I hope I’m not stuck in the back of a long row of trucks for the next 6 months.

Maybe magically it will move right after I post this!

Right there with you Limited 2500 too

My truck shows "Shipped" 2/20, last 8 VIN: PG575780, estimated delivery 3/21.

I am new to ordering, 1st time here, as I understand the estimated delivery is just that, an estimate and it could very well take a lot longer?

Got a call from Granger. My truck arrived but they can't sell it until the grid heater recall is complete. There are no parts available and FCA is telling them to expect parts sometime during the first qtr of CY23, which ends 31 Mar. My truck was built in Jan...
Same here.
Truck delivered to dealer last week (mid-Feb). Expecting having it Mid-March.
It was produced literally a couple days before the 1st of Feb and could have had the part fitted at the factory! Bummer...

Couple questions. 1st. Truck was just built the other day. Are these newest builds involved in the HD recall/stop sale? Will it get delivered to the dealer then still have to wait for a fix to come out?

2nd: Someone on here used to be able to find out the exact railcar number trucks were put on and then we could track that specific railcar. Anyone on here know if that's still possible?

The last day of using the "faulty" relay was February 1st. If your truck build started after that date, then your truck should have the "new internally fused relay (Generation 2)" and is not subject to the recall.

You can also check for recalls by putting in your VIN here: https://www.nhtsa.gov/recalls

Mine is being shipped now and my dealer already informed that it would have to be fixed before being released to me. Just hoping they have the part before my truck gets there.

Here she is now I guess I’ll have to wait on a recall fix now.

Mine was finally built this week and appears to not be subject to the recall either. You can also check https://www.mopar.com/en-us/my-vehicle/recalls/search.html and plug your VIN in.

@brv10 , if your truck shows built on the tracker, does that mean its done with the offsite vendors or just off the factory line? Curious if I'm still offsite or done and waiting to ship out like the tracker shows (which I know isn't exactly gospel).

Order #57155331
VIN 3C6TR5EJ8PG509638

Long thread. Hoping someone can offer some insight.

Order 2-2-23. Scheduled 2-21-23.
Any idea how long until this things gets built? I'm pretty antsy...my 20 was totalled a month ago and being truck less sucks!!
