There are a few older ones on the spreadsheet keeping me company and we're having tequila parties each night. I was hoping not to need to enroll my truck in AA like the last one! :D
 
Just making sure I'm understanding all the status codes. On the spreadsheet and Ram tracker I'm showing KZ (2/6/23), I've got Equipment list and Window Sticker.

So I'm past all the JB, JBLD, etc statuses, and I'm just waiting for a train ride out of Mexico right?

Messaged my sales man today and he just said "Your truck is built and waiting transport with no estimated ship date".

Congrats man! Glad you were able to make it work out. That's a beautiful truck. I might have missed it in all the threads I needed to catch up on, but what do you think of the digital dash? I wasn't super keen on it when it was forced on all Powerwagons, but its growing on me.

I’m currently in KZLD status since 02/01, my equipment list is available however my windows sticker still haven’t populated. I was under the impression ones the vehicle shows build the window sticker should be available. How long is the wait normally for the window sticker to populate ones build?

So jealous right now! Truck looks awesome. Flame Red was color choice #2. I can't help but think that if I had gone with red over Hydro Blue that I would have a truck on its way to me already.

Looks like we have a similar build, except you have a sunroof. I'm not sure if that adds any time but I went to KZ status 2/6 and had my window sticker 2/8.

Are you sure youre KZLD? You should see a window sticker if you are KZLD. If you have build sheet but no window sticker your truck is built but probably waiting for parts at an outside vendor.

Just out of curiosity, did you have the XH7 (Wired Tow-Mode Camera)? I did and was told by the dealer in Dec that it was being removed. I thought that was going to hold my order up, which it did slightly (Ordered 9/20, Scheduled 1/23), but its showing on my window sticker. Not sure if that may be part of the hiccup or like tchur1 said something at the outside vender. Maybe a tonneau cover? I didn't option one of those. I do have a sprain bed liner, and deployable steps though.

Sorry for so much info, just trying to help deduce what could be your hold up. (IK its a needle in a haystack, but we can compare the information we have available.)

I was. Over 100 emails deep and I have an executive referrals customer service member following up with "logistics" weekly. The dealer basically washed their hands of the issue and was "more then happy" to refund my deposit so they didnt have to deal with it anymore...

The customer service person I have assigned to me said that logistics said there is constraint for all 3500 SRW limited's until 3/1/22 and that is why I have not received a build yet. Seems plausible as I havent found a single 3500 SRW limited online or on the forum yet.

Interesting - I just did some sorting with the tracker spreadsheet, and there have been 3500 SRW Limiteds built, but ONLY SO, none with HO. Strange... Can't imagine what that has to do with anything. There are quite a few HO in D1 and scheduled for November however :)
 
Welllllll the executive referral manager just emailed me and said my truck is "scheduled to Frame on 2/18/23"

I asked for clarification if that means thats when its going into production? The tracker still has not been updated with any additional information from what I've seen so I eagerly await if this is true or not haha.

Looks like on the spreadsheet it’s only 3 total vehicles that show KZ with no window sticker and mines one of the three. Not sure what’s happening. But I went to the dealer and saw it on his computer screen. Hopefully in the next few days. All the KZ with no window sticker was the 1st or 2nd of this month being built

I haven't seen much on train delivery times so I thought I'd share this. My dealer called yesterday to say my granite crystal PW was shipped and is expected to arrive 2/24. The Ram Tracker shows shipped on 2/7 but the estimated delivery shows TBD. So if the dealer is right then it will take about 2 1/2 weeks to get to Washington State. He said it could then take about a week to get from the train yard to the dealer even though it's almost literally across the highway. But the sales manager may push hard to get it sooner to get it in the Feb sales. We will see.

Ordered - 1/6
Scheduled - 1/10
In Production - 1/25
Vehicle Built - 1/27
Shipped - 2/7
Estimated Delivery (according to dealer) - 2/24
