Looking for suggestions....My 2020 Ram 2500 wouldn't start this morning. No power at the start button, would not turn over, wouldn't even click. No response at all from the key fob, including remote start or locking doors. I started with the obvious and removed both batteries and took them to Napa where they load tested both batteries. Both tested at 100%, and both tested over 800 cca's...I reinstalled them, but don't know where to go from here. Suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks!!!

I'd start with the easy stuff. Check your fuses and ground cable coming from the battery. Do you have power elsewhere (brake lights, dash, etc.)? If so, could be a computer or relay issue.

Make sure your gear selector is all the way up and in the Park detent. If its stuck between P and R it would do what you described above.

did you try putting your key fob up to the start button? I have had this problem before where key fobs wouldn't lock unlock truck, would need to use the key to get in, but after putting fob up to key start button, things would be good. Normally I would then change batteries in key fob

This keeps getting better and better....Apparently my rig has two problems....The radio frequency module and brake module are both defective! Of course, Chrysler cannot locate one of the parts, so its sits at the dealer! UGH
