Question on transfer case skid plate / crossmember

Resurrecting an older post: anyone ever order the transfer case skid-plate shield and add it to your 2021/2022 Ram 3500. It didn’t come with my 2022 3500 6.7 HO CC LB. Is it something that can be added after the fact? Is the Mopar one even worth it? I can’t seem to find the parts online so any help would be appreciated (part #s, etc). Thanks.

I was just looking to do this as well, I wish I would have paid the $95 for the protection package when I ordered it.

I’ll get you the part number if you’d like. I added this to my 3500 last year at half the cost. Easy install.

Did you happen to run across this part number (52121599AA) when searching for the Mopar skid plate? My scenario is that I ordered it on the truck, then they had to resubmit the order and forgot the skid plate, so I'm looking to add one. The 2 images look very different and I don't know what the other one is for. Thanks for any insight.

I believe the second one you have listed was for the 1500s. I did see that when I searched a few years back. I can definitely say the 68089777AB fit my 2022 3500. It’s still on there today. I cannot confirm, however, that it will work with the 25-26 models as they have a different powertrain (new style trans and a few engine component differences).
