2023 HD Crowdsourced Order Tracking & Waiting Room

Kennesaw Power Wagon - tracker name- is now “In Production”. I haven’t been this excited since Middle School.
You guys are killing me! I think I ordered before every other Powerwagon and Rebel that has hit Production status in the thread. C'mon Ram!

I am happy for you guys though. Glad some are making it through and there aren't any parts shortages holding them up. I know that 12in LCD dash was tossed about as a possible problem a couple weeks back in here.

Got the truck this afternoon, exactly 100 days after I ordered it. I was lucky it went so smooth.
My exact truck! I ordered 2 days after you and was built on 12/23. Says mine hasn't been shipped yet.

Congrats! What options did you have? Longhorn level 1? Towing tech?
I have the same truck ordered but in a mega cab

Ram Tracking tool shows C still, dealer says D. Neither are E, that is all.

Strange..
When I added my order to the spread sheet, the engine portion was omitted. Should be HO Cummins.

Well I checked the tracker earlier and it says my truck SHIPPED! It's still in the 6 week window Granger told me a few days ago, but the ETA is 2 days earlier than first mentioned.
Being Saturday, how would I find out what railcar it is on?

Thanks!

Drew

My heart sunk straight to the floor just now. I called the Norfolk southern railcar number to see if there’s an update and there was. It said departed on FLAT car and I immediately thought my truck is just sitting in the open getting destroyed by everything I could imagine and then looked up info and thank god I found information saying it’s an enclosed rail car THANKGOD. Almost shat myself

I remember this waiting process last year when I was waiting for my 2500. The 3500s were moving at light speed. Now it seems, I want a 3500 and that’s no longer the case lol

Not sure if everyone saw this posted by Ram Cares? But it affects the HO transmission. So if you ordered a SO or HO diesel for your build, there is now a recall for both. Lameoo. Another thing that can possibly delay the build.

A TSB is not a recall - in general TSB's are only applied to vehicles that are displaying the symptoms outlined in the TSB - HO trucks that don't display those symptoms wouldn't be repaired under the TSB (unless you had a dealer that was cool with treating the TSB as something "preventative") - but not all dealers will do this. HO trucks are still allowed to be sold without this fix.

As far as the SO trucks are concerned... they came out with a fix for the 68RFE, and my guess is that it was either applied at the factory on '23 builds already, or, it will be fixed at the dealer pre-delivery. Changing the vent and dipstick sounds much easier to fix than having to get into the trans and replace clutch snap rings and input shafts though.

Oh ok, thanks for that good info! I knew the fix for the 68rfe was a simple one, but without it the truck can't be sold. So hopefully with the Aisin, this issue will have already been resolved if it widespread by the time we get our trucks. None of us wanted any more delays! Haha

FYI: The Ram website online shopper is now showing 2023 models in stock at some of the dealers. At this time, only a select few dealerships have added their own pictures of the trucks.
