What did you do TO your RAM today?

Ordered a Fab Four Matrix front bumper for installation here in a week or so. Will put up pics once done. A Rough Country 12K winch and 20 inch light bar will also be installed... Can't wait. And wonder of wonders, my wife URGED me to do this. She loves this kind of thing. Lucky me... I'll let the financial dust settle and see about the infotainment power folding tow mirrors (in black) with the blind spot monitoring. Total cost including install 3300 AND, if purchased in January you get a 200 buck rebate from Fab Four... https://fabfours.com/product/dodge-2500-5500-matrix-front-bumper/

I have a billet silver Laramie...

How about some Photo's.
Just got done with Thuren 2” leveling kit, Timbergrove airbags, Rough country rear wheel well liners, spider fog lights, front tow hooks, stainless running boards with stainless steel brackets, Max floor mats, Leather steering wheel cover, carbon fiber door sill protectors, led low beam bulbs, chrome mirror overlays, dash mount dual phone holders. Tailgate assist. That’s it for now!

Which phone holder did you go with? Also, did you do a new track bar for the leveling kit?

Quick shot from the trailhead this morning. 13 miles round trip and only saw one other couple out there. Love central Oregon.

That looks like the Three Sisters.

I bought the bulletpoint dual phone mount that bolts in the dash top. The Thuren 2” level kit included the front springs, 4 fox shocks and front adjustable track bar. Very happy with the installation done by Extreme Performance 4x4 in Morgantown,PA.

Isn't Morgantown in West Virginia?

More of a for your Ram(and camper). Found a Marketplace deal on the 5er hitch I have been eyeing. The factory puck system arrived via the brown truck today as well. I will order up a 7 way bed plug and get after the install.

I aded the 5th wheel prep solo in my garage, not a bad job. Quip tip, only need to loosen to 2 rear most bed bolts to get the clearance for the rear pucks.

My tool box I’ve been swapping since my 2013. They finally changed the bed enough it won’t work. It hits the wheel wells too. So I had to put risers on it. It’s about 1-1/2” too wide. I am going to switch to the factory legs. Instead of the adapter. That will help.

So far, I did find a solution. Fab shop is going to radius the corners and take what I need of the bottom and taper it out. Pretty reasonable. They said it isn’t the first time they’ve had to modify one for the 4.5 gens.

Also. I’ve been running companions for years. Great hitches. I just wish the base wasn’t so damn heavy. Even the non slider is 80 pounds heavier than anyone else’s factory system.

Need to get you a Harbor Freight lift (around $125-135? if I recall). Plugs into 110 outlet and lifts out my 200+lb B&W with ease all in one shot from the factory puck system. Hands down best investment for anyone towing with a traditional 5’er hitch.

I have this same hitch. Love it! You will too. Get you a harbor freight lift and the B&W adapter, lift out easily.

I see this. Great idea. I will have to see how I can make that work in the garage. Thanks.

Exactly what I did. It really helps to extend the boom on the lift though. I don't remember what length the boom needs to be, but it doesn't take much to make the removal easier.

My bad. I thought you were referring to an engine hoist. If I had a higher ceiling height, I would definitely go with an overhead hoist.
