Wonder if there is a single 23 that shows built on the ram tracker. Mine has been showing in production since the 3rd. Honestly doesn't bother me as I won't be in country to receive it anyway. Just a curiosity. I do wish my tracker showed my truck instead of some random one though.

I have a build sheet as well so same boat. Just curious on rams silly website tracker. Or even the other tracker in this forum on Google sheets. Mine is one of the few that's the furthest ahead on that sheetMine is built (build sheet is available, so the truck is assembled)... KZ (the next step on the tracker) really means the truck has been invoiced and released to the shipper. There is a lot that goes on between going "E" (in production") and "KZ" (built)

Probably drive them.do they truck them there, or drive them?
Mopar is a portmanteau of the words motor and parts.Ram wont have motors for a few more years.
Did you mean engines?![]()
I ordered a 3500 Limited on 9/22. Hurry up and wait.
All of the posts in this thread now are guys wanting the truck they ordered RIGHT NOW. I get it, however, we all just need to be patient.
These trucks are being made, it isnt a 3D printer that makes them, its humans. The Wizard, aka @brv10 is already a huuuuge benefit for us.
Be patient, dont overwhelm The Wizard and enjoy Christmas.
Agreed and my post wasn't only directed at you.I agree, my exercise was just a way to manage expectations, for myself and anyone else expecting their truck to magically appear. We look at our 70 cars on the spreadsheet and don't see the 35,000+ that aren't on the spreadsheet.
Merry Christmas.
Luckily we had our long camping trip was this year. Next near won't be as adventurous nor aggressive. I can still tow our 25' Airstream, but the truck is getting a little long in. the tooth, (215,500 mi+). I feel for you and some others who recently bought new 5th wheels.Trying to get my head around timing of a new truck, along with a dose of reality
Bought a new 5th wheel in the fall, my 1500 will not pull it so I have to have a new truck before I can use my new camper.
I ordered my 3500 Limited on 10/20/22
When you look at the spreadsheet vs VIN #’s, the spreadsheet is at ≈75 trucks, but looking at VIN #’s they are well over 35,000 so our little view into the world of RAM is only .2% of the trucks on order
Looking through the 22 forum, there are a number of people on the 2022 list whose trucks were built end of August, still sitting in Mexico as of beginning of December waiting for a ride.
So my mental exercise came up with the following:
Last year they built around 320,000 HD trucks based upon VIN numbers that I can find.
They build ≈ 5,000 trucks per week
I am VIN 25000 so I won’t get built for 5 weeks approx. (I know they don’t go in order), so maybe mid-January at best since according to tracker I am only at accepted stage.
Bed liner and 5th wheel prep, my truck goes off site then back for inspection, maybe 30 days based upon 22’s so mid-February at best
Truck spending spring break in Mexico with the college students and ride north 8-12 weeks, so mid-April to Mid-May at best
I am assuming the shipping delays they saw in 22 will be repeated in 23, since nothing else has changed
Have been wanting a Cummins diesel for years, now I order one, but can I even get one.
Agreed and my post wasn't only directed at you.
I'm itching to get mine built and shipped as well! My 89 year old grandfather will be traveling with my father and I from MD (the dealer) to WA State.
I hope he'll be around by the time we get to make the trip. 89 and he's never traversed the US from SE to NW.
It'll be a drive youll always remember.Sounds like a fun roadtrip. Still deciding if ill have mine transported from MD to Cali, or if I'll drive it...
We have a couple short weekends planned in May/June as shakedowns, then to Mount Rushmore, Badlands etc in July so I have time. My 1500 Longhorn pulled our 28' TT just fine, wouldn't be happy pulling our new 5th wheel. Wish there was a way to say it will be here by 5/1/23 and not to worry, then I wouldn't worry. This will be my 16th Mopar product, so really don't want to look for something else, not that there are many other trucks out there to choose from.Luckily we had our long camping trip was this year. Next near won't be as adventurous nor aggressive. I can still tow our 25' Airstream, but the truck is getting a little long in. the tooth, (215,500 mi+). I feel for you and some others who recently bought new 5th wheels.
Hopefully production will pick up and not repeat 2022, and all of the recall issues get resolved quickly.
Good Luck!!!
no extras at all, I did not want additional delaysIf your truck had any of the aftermarket options, spray in bed liner, side steps, 5th wheel prep, etc, it goes to an offsite vendor to have that completed and the timing around that is up in the air. On the tracker you truck won't be listed as built until all options have been installed and final inspection is completed.
wonder why its there... no bed liner, no side steps, no 5th wheel or goose neck prep, not sure why it would have to go anywhere. It is at the vendor, Vascor LTD.
I don’t know what phases are all covered in their “in production” status, but you have a build sheet, which means it has already been run down the production line, and is built.
cool, maybe its the factory floor mats, it is a no frills Bighorn.... Thank you.I don’t know what phases are all covered in their “in production” status, but you have a build sheet, which means it has already been run down the production line, and is built.
weird, I didn't add that.... it wasn't on the sheet I got from Granger when it was ordered..... must have been added to a package afterward. I appreciate you finding that, I purposely didn't add the spray in bedliner so it would shorten the delivery time, oh well. It gets better, I just called Granger, they are insistent it is in JS status and is not getting a spray in bed liner..... telling me it is set to ship Dec 24th. I think they are more clueless than I am...You have the spray in bed liner on your build sheet:
