2022 Ram HD Builds and orders - Post and discuss your TRUCK order here! ** NEW USERS READ POST #1 **

With more trucks shipping out and interest rates about to increase, check out Armco Credit Union in PA (www.armcocu.com). A buddy showed me this from the Ford Tremor forum. They have great rates, but in addition, as a new member if you apply for a loan within the first 30 days you get a 1/2 percent discount on the loan. So 3.5% becomes 3.0% for example. They also lock your rate the day of the application for 30 days. They do take out of state customers. Sounds like the FED .75 point increase will take effect Nov 1st so there still time to lock in a low rate.

The Saga of the lost truck has come to a good ending. The General Manager at my dealership called and said my truck arrived late last night. She went to Kirby yard and picked it up for me. Even sent a picture of it at the dealership. Waiting to see if i can do the paperwork tomorrow.

My truck left Mark Dodge today and is heading my way (650 miles). Should be here by Sunday. Mark Dodge sent me the shippers info. Dumb question: would it be weird for me to text the driver and ask for a picture? :)
How much was shipping and how is it being shipped?

$650. They used Cental Dispatch. I think it’s just a one-man trucking company with an 18 wheeler and a car hauler. I had them put a low bid out because I was still up in the air whether I wanted to have it shipped or go get it. Somebody picked up the bed quicker than I had expected, so long story short it is on its way.

Just a sidenote, if Mark dodge calls and tells you your truck will be there soon you better get your ducks in a row. Everything happened a little quicker than I had expected.

Im still stuck in production. Its been 5 weeks already.

Could very well be the online order tracking is wrong. I think that system is sketchy, at best. I have read many posts of shipping/delivery listed as TBD online, yet the truck was at the dealership or in their driveway.
Your truck is probably parked next to mine in Mexico, along with 27,000 others (as per my salesman).

I hope that is true. I'd love to believe that actual progress is further along than the tracker shows. That would be cool with me if I jumped right from "built" to "delivered"!!

After mine went from "Estimated Delivery Oct. 27" to TBD ... I am readjusting my expectations to a hopeful early Christmas gift.

Right there with you. According to reliable sources mine is still in Mx. but the tracker hasn't changed my estimated delivery from Nov. 1 yet. Expecting that to go to something new any day now.

On 10/20/22 BRV10 tracked it and he said it was in JBLD status and had been in that status since 9/26/22.

Finally home. 252 days later.

You guys just now getting your trucks, take note of the 500 mile thing. I loved the truck when i got it with 20 miles on her. Somewhere between 500 and 700 miles, a demon replaced my mild mannered truck. Holy Hell the HO wakes up biggly. I drove normal in town, 65-70 on the interstate and kept an eye on the mileage. As soon as it hit 500 i figured i could go WOT if i needed to. Leaving our daughters house in atlanta I was in the wrong lane to get on I-75 and a car would not let me over, so I did what any red blooded american, driving a Bis A$$ Truck would do. I stomped it. I dang near pinned us in the seats through third gear. It pull harder than the powerjoke for sure. Duramax is a distant third in power. Passing power at 80 is unreal.
