It should be the first line item on the POC (Priced Order Confirmation) that your dealer gave you when you ordered the truck.

Thats the model code for a 3500 Limited Mega Cab.

I see on the 2023 tracker sheet it says its a 3500 limited crew cab.

That's what I saw too, they just gave me a dealer order for without anything else on it but a break down of price

Ask for the POC (Priced Order Confirmation) sheet. It should have all those details on it.

This is the part that you need to look at. There is more info on the POC, but the line items will tell you what was ordered.

Ask them to send you the submitted one. It should have your VON and VIN on it and show something like Status - D

Ive worked with 2 different dealerships recently and both have sent me the submitted POC.

Why wouldnt your dealer what you to have that information?

You should have a copy of that with all the agreements signed by both of you.

Mine is doing the same. I assume it’s because they’re both DJ7X91 in the system. The only thing that differentiates them is the 2GP (Power Wagon) or 2GR (Rebel) QOP codes.

The order tracking site also doesn’t show an image for them yet. I’m guessing that when they actually update the site for 2023 that both items will be fixed.
