The website is all out of sync it seems. I know for a fact mine shipped via rail on 9/28 and was in TX that afternoon. The site has yet to update to shipped.Ordered a new Power Wagon 4/24/22
Built 6/18, 3-1/2 months KZLD with TBD shipping status- going to WA- 3C6TR5EJ7NG335431
Any ideas why or help/info appreciated. Getting nothing from dealer or RAM.
True but I don’t trust any dealers around here with those tbh. I’ve bought RAM & Jeeps from all around here for the past 30 yrs - they all suck. I’ll just live with it “IF “I ever get it.@GrizzlyRAM whilst your missing the Air Suspension and 50 Gal Fuel tank, their both not complete show stoppers. But I would look for all the discussions with your dealer about when you requested it. Both can be installed at the dealer
@brv10 has the magic touch! Just updated to scheduled!
I would not let those two things cause you to not like the truck. The tank can be upgraded very easy. Titan tanks makes one. yeah it cost a little more but its 100% doable. The Air suspension I'm on the fence. Ive heard it makes no difference in ride and only comes into play when towing over 20k. Anything smaller than a toy hauler is not going to squat the backend of a 3500, form what I have seen. So you may have saved some coin in the end. Plus you can always add airbags.True but I don’t trust any dealers around here with those tbh. I’ve bought RAM & Jeeps from all around here for the past 30 yrs - they all suck. this typically happens when it's delivered to the dealer. did you give them a call by chance?Current status:
Ordered 3/30/22. Unloaded from train 9/12. Delivery ETA 9/22- 10/3. Just went to delivery TBD. The truck is only 3 hours away. The dealership can’t send someone down to get it as the truck is too big for their trailer (I’m kinda proud of that). Now I’m trying to convince them to drive down and and drive it back or let me pay a Hot Shot to get it. Damn frustrating.
My thoughts as well. Once it comes off the train, the dealer doesnt arrange pickup, the last leg of deleivery is done by a transporter to the dealer. Either the dealer has it, or the transporter is backed up.this typically happens when it's delivered to the dealer. did you give them a call by chance?
Sales are down a bit, 6% I think#Stellantis will release its Q3 2022 shipments and revenues on November, 3. A live audio webcast and conference call will begin at 1:00 p.m. CET / 8:00 a.m. EDT: https://bit.ly/3e6lxHs
Hope they talk about my 3500 DRW being delivered!!! LOL
I own a technology business - hard to sell when you can’t (don’t) deliver the product in a timely manner. I realize it isn’t the only factor but taking 6+ mos to receive something you want (need in my case) isn’t good for the sales guys. I started full timing in my RV back in July - my truck delivery has become a hot topic in the RV resort where I live. I know my experience has deterred others from upgrading. I’ve dodged two major storms without being able to hitch up and run. Im either going to need to take delivery of this beast, go by a ‘23 Silverado High Country (they are around here on the lots) or get a divorce. Or my wife will kill me at the next major storm. LmaoSales are down a bit, 3% I think
I feel yeah. My wife has been PISSED we are having to make plans around the delivery of a ghost truck for the past 2 months. My only saving grace has been she cant find one on a lot somewhere. And believe me, she has looked. We just had to book a month in south GA cause the delivery dates are so open. 13th-28th. If it doesn't show up I'm DEAD.I own a technology business - hard to sell when you can’t (don’t) deliver the product in a timely manner.
