2023 Sport Performance Hood

I've seen some pictures of the sport performance hood in Granite and to me the vents up near the windshield look to be the color of the hood (paint), because the 3500 in black stands out, but it's difficult to be sure. Now I see the Rebel in Red and those vents are black, however that truck is covered in black, so can't necessarily assume that a 2500 or 3500 with Sport Appearance or Night Addition will also be black.

Does anyone in this group know if the vents will be colored to the hood color? My local dealer has no clue and is unwilling to inquire with Stellantis.

I'm gonna say on the NE package the vents will be black. As in previous years, the hood badging and all badging has been black. On the Sport package however, those were still chrome. That will be a lot of chrome on the hood if that's the case with 2023. The Rebel and PW are of course gonna be black.
Edit. Not for certain, but other trims that will have the sport hood, might have a some variation to the vents. Possibly hood badging similar to the current MY. The only pictures I found of the hood on other trims, Limited, are camouflaged.

Those grill vents are just plastic inserts. I wouldn't expect them to be painted to match the body.

They will definitely be Black for any Night Edition package on Laramie and Limited. I’d assume Rebel and Power Wagon are black too.

Is the sport hood standard on all 23 Rebels and Power Wagons? Also, anyone know if those vents are real or is it like the Toyota TRD where they are fake?

I watched the TFL video of the rebel and it looks like the hood scoop is fake but the hood vents appear to be real.

Well, that's cool I get it standard! Too bad they aren't both real, but I'll take 2 out of 3 if the vents are real. That seems to be Ram's new thing trying to give that TRX look to other models.
