I would say anywhere from 2 months to 7 months. If you check the HD tracker put up by Officer Sanchez you will really be enlightened about how some are getting their trucks in 2 months and others in 7 months. I have only been here for 3 months. Ordered 3 June, built 5 August and now sitting in JB since it was built. No shipping date or estimated delivery date.

The POC lists level A equipment. It doesn’t individually list the components of level A. However, a 110 outlet is one of the included items of level A equipment. The POC. Doesn’t list the other items of level A either but the truck seems to have them like the under floor storage/coolers, garage door opener, adjustable pedals etc.

Nope. It’s not there. Not the bed nor the cab.

I would have thought that if they would have been out of a component I would have been notified. I guess I’ll email MD about it tomorrow.

I had these as line items on my build on the POC,
on the website at the moment Level A doesn't list it but Level C does. (i know these get edited as time goes on), Def reach out to them, its only 400w capable. you can install one on a switch that is probably more capable. I do understand expecting something and then not getting it.

Wow that was quick. Mine wasbon 07/26 and still D status, have vin and von but thats all.

Level A still shows the outlet in the bighorn 3500 build. Below is a current screenshot of bighorn 3500 level A and my POC.

But right. It’s not that big of a deal.

@slowindown Ask for an expanded version of your POC. Options have come and gone in packages this past year. Most likely it wasn't actually on Lvl A when you ordered.

That may be the answer but I seem to remember it being there when I ordered. I figured they were just out when they built my truck.

After contacting a sales rep by phone and emailing her as directed, as well as emailing another rep several days prior. Received no responses to emails and a shrug off from the telephone call (and no call back), they reached out to me on here after i posted. So I'll give them the final chance. I hope they can redeem since I've read nothing but good things about them on here.

Good Luck, I ordered Oct 12 2021, when I call they say no information available. This has been a very bad experience. Officer Sanchez can you find anything? Von# 51558967

So you thinking about cancelling your MY22 and order a MY23?

I believe production on the MY23 does not start until 10/31/22.

Most of us have put our progress in our signature, but the spreadsheet has everyone's info.
Elcorbs is right, most are between 2-7 months.
I do know of at least one that was at 9 months.

My tracker was always behind what my dealer could tell me.
If you could see my tracker it still shows in production as "TBD".
Apparently my truck was magically built, since it never has gone into production yet.

Does your dealer give you updates when you call?

Yes mine says tbd as well. My salesman will look and responds when i ask.
