Update 19.43.1a

Ours updated last night no issues that I can find

Unfortunately my Bluetooth will no longer connect to any phone. Phone does not see the Uconnect either. Also all my favorites (xm) we overwritten.
My button placement of apps did survive.

Bass response and quality of xm seems better? Could be fooling myself though.

Was wondering what happened to all my preset XM channels. Mine updated yesterday.
 
For those loosing presets and other gizmo functionality after the update, I'd suggest you flash her up and hit the road for a half hr or so. Stop/restart the truck a couple of times and check the remote start too. Appears to be some residual gremlins from the update that sort themselves out after a bit.

I'm sure this has been asked before, but I can't find it - how do I determine which software version on the trucks 12" Uconnect is currently installed?

View System Info:
  1. From icon menu bar, simultaneously press and HOLD lower left and lower right icon.
  2. Press System Information
  3. Press Radio Part Information
  4. Software and Application version info can be found here

Edit - Tried out the procedure Alison from @RamCares sent me and it looks like I have version 18.45.40. Going to try and update it over the air.

Looks like you might have already gotten the VP4 Radio Software Recall, installed on your unit. That would explain the newer software version.

Just got mine back yesterday from dealer 3 recalls radio was one of them. Have latest update

Haven't taken mine in to the dealer, but it did get an OTA update the other day. I don't know exactly what it changed, but I feel like the HK system finally has the bass it's been missing.
 
My truck informed me an update was available and the system became really flakey and did not correct itself till after i let it do the update. back to normal now. reminds me of microsoft.
