Yes it can be added and no wiring it takes some extra wiring @Jimmy07 can set you on the right track

I like that idea, but if I add a headache rack it might be less expensive to use an aftermarket camera mounted there instead.

I have a WIFI camera on my back rack and while it does OK for what it cost the OEM cargo cam is worth its weight in gold
