Here is where i ordered from, i was mistaken there is no rubber washer its i side the wheel but the brass or plated brass washer prevents the nut from hurting the clear coat

Aluminum and stainless will have galvanic corrosion. You’re generally safe with small amounts of stainless against large amounts of aluminum as long as it’s in a dry environment. Otherwise as mentioned above you really want a rubber washer or rubber mount valve stems.
