I was riding high last few weeks with my order showing shipped and EST delivery date to Mark Dodge of 7/25/22
Just checked Ram tracker and EST delivery date has gone back to TBD ?
Any thoughts from some of you that have gone through the ups and downs ?

I believe the est delivery date that populates is a guestimate of when the truck will ship. Mine had a July 29 est delivery date when it was built on June 26th. That date went back to TBD within a day or so. If I use the inspect function on the ram site, I can still see that date in there. I'm hoping it ships sometime around that date.

There is a better explanation in the order thread, but you go to the ram tracker site for your truck and right click. Select inspect. It will bring up a split screen. Find the folder with your name. I believe it is the coding for the page. You will see dates in there for the various stages of the build.

My 11/11/21 order was built 3/5/22. Shipped (finally) on 6/18/22 (not delivered as indicated on the spreadsheet), last seen 7/1/22 in Gallup, NM, headed to Casa Grande, AZ (near Phoenix, 300 miles from Gallup). Today is 7/15/22, still no truck. 8 months plus and counting. The man upstairs is teaching me patience in my 70th year!

I think everyone is trying to make too much logical sense of the estimated dates that are provided by the dealer and in the tracker. You will drive yourself to drinking.

They are just that...estimates. Your estimated ship date is just that...the date they estimate to ship your truck. Your estimated delivery date is just that...the date they estimate to deliver the truck to the dealer. Their "estimates" are most likely populated from data during "good" times.

As we can see, they are changing constantly...and may not be accurate. Gotta remember that the entire supply chain, shipping, and logistics industries are scrambling hard right now.

Same thing happened to me. And then once it finally had shipped, I reached out to Sandi a few days later and she said "oh, it's already in Port Allen". Well, that turned out to not be true either. I cannot remember the exact dates or timespan, but it took roughly 3 weeks to get to the port from the factory, and then another week or so to get to the dealer from the port. This entire process has been full of these kind of situations. Anything that the tracker or dealer says should be taken with a grain of salt, up until the point you receive a picture of your vehicle on the dealer's soil. That's what I have learned. And if you're having your vehicle shipped, that comes with it's own set of headaches. My truck is finally in transit and should be delivered to me this weekend, hopefully.

My order showed estimated deliver 7/15/22 and since not delivered today has been updated to TBD. Truck is confirmed to have been within 2 hours of the dealer for over a two weeks. Hoping it’s delivered any day now.

I am in the exact same position. Today was also my ETA. Been at a train yard for 2 weeks also.

False alarm apparently. They said "Cheque" and my wife heard "Truck". We sold them a Jeep Gladiator last month, they had a check for the difference.
Either way, our truck was dropped in OKC this morning. Just waiting on a transport to bring it to Tulsa

Carrier called just now. Delivery ETA is 2PM-4PM today. These last 5 hours of the wait are harder than the previous 175 days, lol. Pictures to come. Installing my Thuren 1.5" springs and rear track bar as soon as it shows up. If all goes well, I'll be at the tire shop tomorrow morning at open, for the AEV Saltas and STT Pros to get mounted.

She's home. Unloaded off the truck a few hours ago. Drove it around the block and then installed the Thuren springs. 37s & AEVs going on tomorrow morning. 175 day wait was well worth it.

Line 1337 - According to the tracker, my truck was delivered on July 15th. KZX at almost 4 months to the day.


Nothing from the dealership yet. I'm thinking the truck arrived over the weekend and waiting for the PDI process, probably get an email or phone call from the dealership this week.

Mine showed up on 7/14. One day after the latest ETA which was changed to TBD a week earlier. The tracker still shows it as not delivered yet though. I don't think it updates very often.

Well I flew up and drove it home! 888mi, that was a fun ordering experience and road trip! Great break in, took all the back highways. Less than 3 months start to finish entire process! Truck is awesome love it!!
