Got the new truck home, looksbetter then what I thought it would. Kind of sad seeing the old orange truck go.

After ready thru a few posts like this one, I checked the RAM tracker today and my estimated delivery date changed fron 25 July to 18 July. Definitely a different trend from previous months where delivery dates were getting pushed farther out than originally stated.

I think the key word in the delivery process & for the other phased as well, is "estimated". As others have commented here that there are several variables within each phase that effect the amount of time a truck goes thru the order process. To keep my anxiety in check I put a window or a date range of 2 weeks on both sides of any date on the tracker or from my dealership and so far I haven't gone crazy, just a few more gray hairs.

To carry on my favorite quote from this forum - "Sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride".

So I check yesterday and my Delivery date moved from 25 July to 18 July. I check today and it moved from 18 July to 17 July (tomorrow).
I am sure I will check the tracker tomorrow and it will show TBD.
I'm not to worried about what the tracker shows, MD told me 2-3 weeks from Port Allen and they will contact me when it actually does arrive, which should be soon.

My truck went KZX on Wednesday. 7/13

Today I just saw the vehicle location appear at MD via the Ram App, which means they took it out of shipping mode. But the safety recall is still present. And the tracker just went to delivery TBD.

Which app are you using? The Uconnect app or the Ram Truck Owner app?

@OfficerDirtySanchez updates the spreadsheet with the data provided to him. This is something he does for us on his own. In order to update the data:

1. Right click on the box that needs to be updated and then click "Comment"
2. This will open up a comment box. Type in the data that needs to be added or changed.
3. Once done, click "Comment"
4. As he is able to get to the spreadsheet, he will update the data.

Thanks for the info on how to update the spreadsheet. Worked great!

Same deal with mine. The truck arrived at MD on the morning of 4/27. Aaron called me around lunchtime with the "good news, bad news" story. Fortunately I only needed a new front bumper. It looked someone had whacked it with a hammer.

That’s the new faster QA inspection. Smack the truck with a hammer, if nothing falls off it’s ok to ship.

I decided to see how much of a price increase has occurred since I ordered. I couldn't find the Towing Technology Group B package when building. I did it twice but maybe I am missing something. I am not even sure what it is and it has only been 6 weeks since I ordered. Old age is kicking in.

I did the same earlier on my Laramie and the Towing Technology Group B and the digital review mirror were not available. I should say my unicorn Laramie since at this moment I am still truckless....

The roller coaster ride continues. My truck went from 8/4 eta to 8/17 and now back to 8/4. I know it will arrive eventually so not concerned. Just wondering if any one else with a shipping date around 7/11 has seen similar movement this week? Really looking forward to seeing my truck in person!

My truck went from August 1st, to July 20th, and now is August 4th. I live in Tulsa, and from what I understand it’s just sitting in OKC right now waiting for transport to the dealer, which is Chris Nikel. They said once it’s pick up it’ll be there in a couple hours.

they change the build page every so often to only allow things that are currently available.

That’s awesome. Mine better come with them. Is it possible that the build showed them when I ordered it but it’s no longer showing up?

Sorry I meant to say that you cannot order a Laramie today with cooled seats. You could get it before and yes if you ordered it before you will have them. But if you build a Laramie on RAMTRUCKS.COM today it will not have cooled seats. Mine has them and its a 22 as well but it was ordered in January.

No. From what I was told it was a scratch all the way down the rear dual fender portion above wheel well. They are replacing the entire fender instead of bonding it.

Does that mean they’re going to cut it out.?

Same here. My estimated delivery was and has been July 25th for the last few weeks, then on Friday it went to July 18th, and then today went from July 17th this morning to TBD this evening. Very interesting.

Now I can’t remember if the Level B equipment group listed the ventilated seat when I ordered in a month ago.

Glad I am keeping the 1500 till the 3500 arrives. Thanks for confirming my suspicion. Things seem to change from day to day.
