Delivery Time Estimates

Those of you that are getting updates on shipping status after the order is in KZ and left Saltillo, where are you getting your info from? RAM chat says the only info they will see is when the dealer receives it.

Getting my info from the dealer. I tried to use the chat as much as possible throughout the process so that I wasn't bothering them up until the end here.

Latest from my dealer is that they hope it comes in today or tomorrow... we'll see.

I got mine mostly from Ram...depends on what rep you get on how much info they give you...just keep calling back until you get info
 
Friend at my Dealer just informed me Railyard Ramp date is 5.14.19...WooHoo

Chat won't help much once it's in KZ status. I'm in DFW and my expected arrival date to dealership is 5/22 so we might be on the same train!
 
Latest update:

3/27/19-Vehicle Ordered


4/4/19-VIN Provided at my request


4/10/19-RAM chat let me know I was in D1 Status (and had been for 8 days)


4/23/19- "I" status provided by chat


4/24/19- “JB” Status provided by chat, I think to do bed liner


4/25/19- “KZ” status provided by chat, now we wait!


4/30/19- gave up on chat and called in, was given a rail arrival date in Utah of 5/9, they estimate it will be to the dealer by 5/20
 
MY TRUCK IS IN!

I didn't have all my ducks in a row with my credit union, so, I can't pick it up until tomorrow, hoping for incentives anyway, but, it's going to be hard to sleep tonight! I'll post pics tomorrow evening, probably picking up late afternoon.
 
3/31/19 - Deposit on Order
4/01/19 - Entered into computer
4/02/19 - VIN Issued
4/08/19 - All parts available in queue to be built
4/17/19 - CLAIMED ship date from dealer
4/18/19 - F- Paint status
4/22/19 - Ram Chat said I was still in D1 (?)
4/23/19 - VIN returns an actual vehicle on the Dodge Equipment Listing page!
4/24/19 - Body Vendor per the Dealer

UPDATE
5/1/19 - VIN returns a window sticker on the RAM Window Sticker page!

So now it looks like I have about a 3 week wait until it show up!

Wow, I ordered same day. I hope my D1 from yesterday is false then! What did you order?
