2022 HD Crowdsourced VIN/Order Tracking

I chatted with Ram care and they do not care

I let them know that the tracking says delivered but dealership says not delivered. I asked them to look into transportation to find my truck and they said all they could do is direct me to the dealership.

I sold my 2018 3500 yesterday and have no vehicle, so I really hope that my truck shows up on Monday at the dealership.

There's a very high chance it got dropped off with 100+ other vehicles and it simply got overlooked. Typically, the tracker bar is a day or two behind so the dealership probably hasn't processed all of them yet. You will definitely get an email from "US Customer Care" and it will read "We have just received notice of your vehicle's arrival at the destination dealership...". If you have not gotten that yet, the dealership has not yet processed it as received.

I assume there is a chance that the dealership is right and the status tracker is wrong. I'll bet it is there and you will receive that email within a few days. I did not receive that email until approx. three days after the status tracker showed it to be delivered. And even from there, it will take another few days for the dealership to perform the PDI and have it ready to be released.

I spoke with the sales manager who said he walked the whole lot and could not find the truck. So fingers crossed it is found soon.

My original delivery date was 7/11, but i checked this morning and it said delivered on 07/08. So maybe it will just show up on 7/11.

Well I'd trust him. Especially if it is someone at Mark Dodge? Not sure who you ordered through. But the folks at MD have been nothing short of awesome and on top of it. I suppose there is a chance it got dropped at the wrong dealer, I know I saw that happen to someone else in here. But before worrying about that, I'd say give it until Tuesday before you get too worried. The last few days of the wait are the hardest, I know. Mine is all paid for and ready for pick up now, just waiting on the carrier to grab it and bring it to me. Scheduled to delivery next Friday, fingers crossed.

I am in California and ordered from Hoblit Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Woodland.

I am just a little anxious while waiting lol

I hear ya! I sold my 4Runner back in November of 2020 and have been sharing a Grand Cherokee with my lady. Definitely ready for my own ride again. Placed my order for this Power Wagon on 1/22/22 and have a garage full of **** waiting for it to get here!

I talked to sales manager and he says he walked the whole lot and did not find it. He says there is a chance that transporter accidently clicked delivered. He told me that he would call me as soon as it was there.

I didn’t get this email and my tracker shows the same date the dealer told me it had arrived.

If you were D1 Friday, nothing will happen until Monday due to the plant shutdown this past week, also D1 could be a long wait, or E could happen tomorrow.
 
Hey guys what’s the longest folks have seen their rigs in production status? Mine went production on 6/28 and still same status. When I checked with the dealer Friday 7/8 it was still E status. Lots of the Ram tracker screenshots show production being done in 2-3 days.

The plant was down last week
