Surround view on Laramie with 8.4” Uconnect?

Does anyone have surround view on their night edition Laramie? I have a 2019 NE Laramie with the 12” Uconnect and no surround view and I’m thinking about ordering a 2022 with the 8.4” because the digital climate controls are not my thing. I can’t configure a 2022 NE Laramie with surround view on the ram site so wanted to reach out to see if any of you had been able to do it. Hoping just a hole in the ram consumer config website.

Yes it can be done, well at least for my July order. I had a 2019 limited with a 12.1 screen and swapped out to my 2022 laramie with the 8.4" due to the climate controls just like you. Couldn't be happier. If you can't build one it could either be yet another restriction or just the ****ry website. I would reach out to a dealer amd see if they can build one with it added. Markdodge was great to me for the record.
 
I have a 22 Laramie NE with the 8.4 UConnect and I do have the surround view camera. RAM has changed their options and packages so much with the 22s I'm not sure if its currently available or not. I ordered mine in August and took delivery in November.

Couldn't get it when I ordered my Longhorn in August, but they also wouldn't let me order power steps that were available at the same time on the Laramie with 8.4" screen

I had a '19 with 12.1", but just ordered a '22 with 8.4 for the same reasons. I am curious how you select the camera view on the 8.4" screen. Hopefully the selections do not take up part of the camera view? Thanks

And still has front mounted camera as well, I’m assuming?
I’ve been aggravated with this same issue. Salesmen at local dealerships don’t know s**t and was hoping it’s just a website issue.

Yes, in the first pic in my last post at the bottom right you can select front or rear. It defaults to rear under surround view. I can get a better pic if you like.

I see that now. Thanks so much.
Now I just got to hope I can still spec a build optioned like that, and hope they haven’t removed it as an option in the package.
