Has anybody installed this kit yet? Looking for some feed back.
Would like to know how level it is with 1" lift in the back and 2.5" in the front.

I’ve got it. Actually sits a little high in the back if going off measuring tape to top of wheel well but aesthetically it looks fine.

I have the adjustment rods run all the way in (lowest height setting) so I can’t set the rear any lower. So in my case at least, they made the new links too long. Would be nice to have some more wiggle room to adjust.

Kit is well put together. No complaints there.

Only downside I can think of is that Fox has yet to release the custom tuned shocks for this kit. The factory shocks aren’t long enough so you’ll either have to use extensions or buy a different set. I went ahead and bought generic fox shocks and will try to resell them when, if ever, the custom tuned get shipped out.

Some guys say they didn’t have to trim but I needed to (37x12.5 with -18 BS). Nothing super excessive.

Ill eventually be going this route too, glad to hear its a good setup... Bummer that the only "tuned" shocks currently are the Kings, I by no means need them and would rather save a few grand.

Grits, how does it ride with the generic Fox's?

I drove home from Mark Dodge and put the kit on the next day so I don’t have much seat time to compare things to.

That being said, the suspension doesn’t “float” as much as I recall the stock setup. Less apparent up and down cycling going over a whoop section on the interstate if that makes any sense. Wouldn’t call it harsh or firm, nor soft or floaty - kinda right in the middle.

That’s probably a combination of the springs and shocks though. I’m curious to see if I’ll be able to notice the tuned shocks when they go on. I doubt I can.

My wife made the comment that the truck rides nicer than her Escalade (but it’s on 24”s) so all in all I think almost everyone would like the ride.

So you have the spacers under the factory bags?
You could probably modify the rods closer to stock setting...
What is the height of your fender flares from the ground?
You can buy the kit without shocks?

Yes, I have spacers under bags.

You could modify the new links by cutting some of the threaded ends off and you might have enough threads left to engage the socket ends well enough. Carli instructions say 8.5” between socket centers if I remember right and I bottomed out the threads to get there.
Otherwise you’d have to cut additional thread on the rods. I think for the premium of a Carli kit you shouldn’t have jack with stuff like that.

Measured for you just now. 44 5/8 in front and 45 1/4 in rear.

I bought the kit around the new year hoping that’d be enough lead time. Got a couple of “should be a few more months” updates and when the truck came in just said screw it and bought other shocks. I’m not sure if CJC or the like would sell you the kit at a discount without the back ordered fox tuned shocks.

CJC had Kings in stock, no Fox shocks

My wife thinks I only have 3 guns

Thanks for the info!
i currently have a 3500 with 325's that equal basically a 36" tire.
My business partner is going to take this truck and im getting the new 2022 2500 with air. Id like to fit the same size tire.
right now i just have Thuren 1.75" coils in the front and fox shocks in all four corners.

Someone at thuren told me that 1" springs in the front and i could fit 37's but im not sure about that...
The crappy thing is i already ordered 1" springs and fox shocks for the front from thuren based on my partner having this truck. but i want the bigger tires and not sure if they will fit.

Carli tuned fox shocks showed up in the mail the other day. Not sure if they’re in stock now for new orders or just catching up on the backlog.

My order showed up, I think thr sway bar is still backed ordered

My wife thinks I only have 3 guns

Here’s my dually with factory air. I went with the Carli 2.5” and added 1” blocks and 1” airbag blocks. Sits pretty much level.

Where did you get the air bag spacers?it's exactly what I want to order for my truck I ordered last year.

Beautiful truck, but looks a bit too low in the rear.

im installing the Carli 2.5" level right now on my '21 DRW megacab. For the rear, Im going to add a 2" block instead of 1". If my measurements are correct, it'll sit about 3/4" higher in the rear once it's all said and done.

Remember, the OEM air 3500's sit lower in the rear than the non-air 3500's.

I highly rec this kit-- have the 2.5" pintop on my 2024 2500 Cummins with factory rear air assist... rides fantastic
