2022 Ram HD Builds and orders - Post and discuss your TRUCK order here! ** NEW USERS READ POST #1 **

I am 16 days away from what I am being told is ship date for my truck to Alberta. It’s been a long 5 plus months and I’m really hoping shipping is efficient. It’s camping season!

Do you have a part number @Leadchuncker? I am sure I am going to run in to the same problem since I have aluminum rims on my 5er…and are they compatible with the Ram TPMS system?
The part number is in the picture there is only a few mfg for the systems rock auto for 2021 challenger you can trim the nut on a lath if rim is too tick do not use steel nut valve or cap because it will corrode the aluminum stem and break the stem when servicing

Folding mirrors were available early on in BH with Level B, don't think you can get them now.
I ordered my truck today. Folding mirrors weren't available for the bighorn trim. Not a deal breaker for me but that would have been cool. I got everything else I wanted. First new vehicle and first time ordering. I'm super hyped

I can get ya a number. I assume your gonna have to buy sensors for the camper that works with the system .. Do you have to buy them from the dealer or will any work that’s designed to be compatible? Theirs different options like a valve cap sensor or the whole valve stem that the sensor mounts to like the one in the picture. I’ve never worried to much about the tires heating up and gaining to much pressure but I always run a 14ply tire. These in the picture is what I put on last, they call for 110psi but I keep mine set on 100psi, have checked them hot and they may have gained to 105 .

Wished my Sept 13 2021 order was built too....still in D status. Wonder why some orders way after mine
are complete and mine sits in D. Money is money no matter which country you live in!
What exactly did you order? I ordered end of December and I'm living the D statues life with u.

The nut is extra long a machinist can trim it you need to tell him how much if it’s too short or if the hole in the rim is too small he can counter boar the rim for it to fit

Congratulations - what did you get?

I can understand that. Money savings and a little bit more towing capacity. Personally I use my 4x4 more than I thought I would (not necessarily to off-road since I have a dedicated off-road truck)
I'd rather have it and not need it than need it and not have it. Personal preferences though. What kind of jeep do you have?
Here she is in all her glory, or just parked by the house.

I'm still salty about the lack of power fold mirrors. I could have got them on a tradesman but had to add the tow tech package. That added all the chrome and put the price really close to the BH that I ended up ordering.

It's a 2500 Laramie w/ the Cummins, N.E., Cold Weather, Laramie A, and Off-road. It only has the 8.4 screen and I added the clearance lamps.

@pacnw1963 downloaded the pic and quick web search yielded this - https://www.dillvalves.com/product_cpt/vs-65-rubber-valves-for-tpms/
its a Dill VS-65 @Leadchuncker can confirm.

So, I got this text from my dealer yesterday. "I see your truck moving in my status page today! Yours is the first one I have ever seen to be shipped from Saltillo on truck instead of rail. It is headed to Laredo, TX yard instead of Alliance, TX where they usually go. From Laredo it will be loaded on another truck and headed to us. I'm guessing the unusual shipping method is a result of escalation to get it here faster. So glad to see it moving again!"

I'm happy to see it moving, I ordered on 11/12/21 and it's been built since late March, but it seems strange and maybe a bit riskier to ship by truck through Mexico. I'm just waiting to hear that the truck was involved in an accident and I'll have to start all over again!! Order tracker on website still shows "shipping stage" but Ram Chat says they are showing should be delivered by 6/7/22.

My dealer told me my truck was in "I" status can anyone here see that? VIN 3C63R3PL9NG288986

"I status– unit built, pending final inspection. Your vehicle goes through a battery of shakedown tests and measurements are taken to ensure the vehicle looks and performs as expected."
