@OfficerDirtySanchez ...when you get back you can mark line 679 KZM.... already! Sandi called with an update this morning stating that she just learned Whitey made the train. It only took 67 days from built to train ticket. And thanks to the little bird here who so kindly shared Whitey's train car number with me. You, and many others here, know who you are. Thank you!
Speaking of Sandi, what a portrait of customer service! I've got nothing but good things to say about her and I hope, like some here, I get a chance to meet her at the dealership when we make the trip south. I was really hoping that trip would happen during our cold months, but it's becoming apparent that we will be traveling to LA in the height of sweatfest.
@Tannercox14 .... enjoy the experience. I've read every page of this thread. You could say that it's a cry for help, but it will enlighten you about the process and make many of the ups and downs much easier because they truly are predictable. And make some friends here because they also will get you through as they are experiencing exactly what you are. Know that there are a few here, that can help you immensely with great info but use their services sparingly and ask only once you have exhausted all other avenues. I hope your truck will be built in a shorter timeframe than mine was (5 months from order to build), but don't hold your breath. I also hope it catches a train ticket quicker than mine did. I wouldn't hold your breath on that either. I am a pretty big fan of beer, but I wouldn't grab one while you wait because you will become a raging alcoholic.
