Not sure how long this site/option has even been available. I didn't know about it until a member shared it, just a few days ago. Prior to that, I was doing what you are. I believe this is just populating the exact same result that a RAM Chat rep. would see and share. They never have any useful information, really. And the updates you do receive from them match the format/bar found on this tracker. Saves us some time from having to provide all that personal information, just to get a lame answer, lol. They probably created this just for us. I can only imagine how much time they were spending, replying to our inquiries. Now it's automated!

edit: deleted link after realizing it had been provided twice already

A huge time saver for them I'm sure. Now instead of a weekly RamChat update I have bi-hourly updates!!!

The obligatory glamor shots - will be picking her up tomorrow! Thanks to the good folks on this forum for the insight through this process!

Well, the cute little tracking website is not working for my truck.

I did stop by the dealer for my monthly visit today (my 7th visit). Told them I was a little disgusted after last months empty promise of trying to get my truck on a transport in place of an inventory vehicle and also the longer it takes for that truck to get into my garage it is costing me money as the interest rates are rising.

They said that they were notified yesterday that they will be allowed to pick up directly from the railyard on a limited basis. They said they would check into that option for my truck. I will believe it when I see it.

Oh man, I can't wait to see them use that fork lift to bring your truck up to the front of the dealership to avoid putting miles on it! ;)

I would say that my patience is wearing very thin at this point
Reh Ranch, my patience is very thin also. Ordered on 11/12, trucks been built since April 20th and still sits in the yard in Saltillo. Dealer can't seem to get any update on when it should ship. I've got interest rates climbing and a new 5th wheel sitting at a dealership since last week (at the time it seemed like a safe bet that the truck would not take 6 months to be delivered). On top of that, I see basically the same truck I ordered arriving as dealer inventory in lots across my region with VIN's way past mine. I would think with the limits they imposed on my order (no night edition, no power fold mirrors, etc.) Ram would have placed those restrictions on the truck to ensure they had the parts to build it. Yet after my order they added Night Edition back in to the options available and have delivered trucks with that option to buyers and dealers. I know I'm preaching to the choir here and it may be better than Ford or GMC, but this process has been the worst vehicle order I've ever gone through. I'm sure when I get the truck sometime between June and December all the frustration will go away with the exception of when the monthly payments comes due and I think about the extra interest I'm paying for Ram's ordering / building process.Screenshot (1).png

Pretty much my thoughts as well. I thought that with the options being shown as available, parts should be on hand yet mine sat in d status for 4 months while trucks after mine are built and delivered. I probably would have added a few things if I knew it was going to be this way. A couple things about the interest rate thing. You could pay yourself a truck payment every month and have a larger down payment. We may get in on some incentives such as zero percent or some rebates.

Delivery of 3C6UR5HJ1NG244946 finally happened! Ordered 1/17/22, delivered to my house 5/18/22. Traded my 2020 Ram 1500 Big Horn for a 2500 Tradesman, receiving top dollar for the 1500 and somehow I was blessed to be paying ~$4,000 under MSRP that includes the $1,000 incentives I received. Efird in Florence, SC took real good care of me honoring my trucks trade-in value from Jan. too. Sign unseen and offered me 45,000. Great people to work with. If you need a contact, let me know.
