Exciting, I now have my equipment list. I also contacted RAMCHAT and got the following status:

Currently no Dealer ETA has been provided.

I looked at the thread and it looks like it's almost to KZ? The one before that in the list is "JS - shipped to storage". Is there another stage between JS and KZ?

KZ – released by plant and invoiced. The truck is ready to be shipped. The dealer is actually charged for the truck. As you all know, this can be a source of delay. Typically you see two statuses here: Awaiting Shipment and "Staged for Shipment".

Ram Chat told me again today that I am scheduled for production and my truck should be built shortly. I told them to define 'shortly' because I heard the same thing for the past 10 weeks. She actually said to check back next week for an update. Maybe that is a clue that my truck is finally going somewhere. lol

First they made mistake forgot level 1 on my limited to no updates and won’t even offer discount to $2700 worth of wrong options $1600 alone is Camera options I never wanted I brought it up that they can take off the price and keep the kits they tell me no but I can sell them on my own wtf. Then the rep they had wouldn’t even try to fix the mistakes they made then get a new rep said owe yeah no problem as long as not in D1 so guess what 6 months in and it goes to D1 couple days pryer. I work my ass off to get to point I was able to get this truck and now want me to reorder but if I go another 8 months then I’d be 16 months and prices are way higher now then when I ordered same truck be $96k from the $91 the ordered one was and get told well at least you have affiliate pricing wtf I’m still going to pay way more then it was to be before the screw up if I didn’t like the Cummins so much I’d never buy from ram again just because of the experience this has been…. Had to vent after another sleepless night thinking about this entire experience

Frustrating for sure. Wish ram was more forthcoming with what options and packages would hold things up. I'm probably looking at a late summer delivery at the rate things are going. Truck doesn't do me much good beyond summer. If it gets to that point, I'll keep what I have and try again down the road. I found the ording process to be a big PITA. Pricing was off, some options were mandatory to get other options, even though that wasn't reflected on the website and some options were available but not at all dealers. Should have been my first clue to wait.

I wouldn't get your hopes up on that "next week" comment, it's fairly generic. I've been checking daily for a shipping ETA for the last month and they always end with "check back next week."
 
Dealer informed me I went JS - shipped to storage. Still no EL or window sticker yet. Feb 16th order

I wasn't getting my hopes up thats for sure. I am with @kevin588127 on this being a horrible experience. with absolutely no answers from anyone. Truck gets delayed for 2 months without any explanation. I knew this was probably going to be the situation, but I was hoping. Right now there are 60-70 trucks that have window stickers on the sheet, that were ordered after me.

I hope so :)! and - Yup - dealer confirmed (before the hacking I suppose) that truck arrived there.
 
For those of you who traded in a 2010-2018 HD for a 2019+ HD, did your weather tech floor mats fit your new truck? I have them on my 2016 and hoping they fit right into the 2022 being they share a cab.
 
Well this is the worst buying experience ever. 1st custom ordered truck. dealer hasn't told me why my truck is on mechanical hold after I left a message Friday still haven't heard from them. called ram srt line escalated the issue no response and all ram chat could tell me today is congrats your truck is built and on they way. ya no kidding. thankfully to members on here keeping me in the loop and telling me who was shipping my teuck I called supreme auto transport on Friday they are the ones who told me it's on a mechanical hold from ram. well with o answered from ram I called the trucking company again today and asked and the nice guy told me he dug into it to see if he can get me my truck before I deploy. and was told he found out it was waiting to be released from Chrysler because it has front end damage. couldn't tell me how bad etc but stated it had front end damage. sooo not happy right now. I have waited since November for my 1st order came in unharmed and my 2nd order is damaged. just my luck

The one on the right is the 3500 I been waiting on for 31 weeks decided to go ahead and trade in the 2500 I had found in January came out almost even trade since they finally took the price of the trailer cameras off the price and allowed me to use my affiliate pricing. I put on almost 10,000 miles in the 3 months I had the 2500 so I don’t think I did to bad on the deal. Wheels tires getting swapped out tomorrow morning

I recieved equipment listing 4/21 and got the same response today.

It has an FCC ID on it so it must be some sort of transmitter? Would it be for that Mopar vehicle tracking thing that people have been posting? Seems like a lot of dealers sneaking those on to the trucks and up charging for them.

Did an FCC ID search, comes back to a “Phillips Connect Technologies” in Irvine CA. Equipment class is a DTS - Digitial Transmission System and the description says “Battery Operated LTE Cellular GPS tracker”

So yeah….I’d say it’s part of that mopar vehicle tracking system. Did they sneak it in there and give you some sort of up charge?

If you search for the fcc id. You’ll get it’s a LTE Cellular Tracker same exact unit in many many makes of cars from Jaguar to Dodge.
It allows the dealer to not only track your vehicle and to remind you of up coming services etc.
