Verify this tire will work with my stock wheels?

I have a 2022 PW with the stock upgraded beadlock wheels. From the sticker:
•17–Inch x 8.0–Inch Bead–Lock–Capable Wheels
(the tire on them is the stock Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac LT285/70R17)

I want to put on 35's, specifically the BFG All-Terrain T/A KO2 - 35x12.5 R17 121R E

Can anyone verify these will work with my wheels?

If not, can you recommend another 35in tire/brand that will fit?

many people run those and other 35x12.5's with stock wheels. right now I think the coolest 35 to run with stock wheels is the Micky Thompson baja boss in 255/85-17 tall and skinny and taller than most 35's.

Yep, work great. I have them on my '21 75th PW and have about 13K miles on them with no issues.

I used the alfaOBD to change the TPMS and tire size to recal the speedo.

I run 45/37 PSI when empty and it seems to give the best wear. Also had the truck aligned to Thuren specs. It was out from factory specs since day one.

Yep, Just put the same tires on the same rims on my 2022 PW. Got em at Discount Tire for $325.00 each.

BFG All-Terrain T/A KO2...the 'swiss army knife' of all terrain tires! Used them on my old Dakota. They will be what replaces my stockers on my new 2500 once they need replacement.

Just wanted to clarify on my tire pressure.

It's 45/37 hot, not cold.
Depending on how cold it is out side, its around 40/33 cold.

Thanks everyone... Seems the BFG 35x12.5R17's are not available in my region, at least at all the 12 or so vendors I called.

They do have a lot of the metric version: 315/70R17 121S RBL

Anyone have these on their PW?

I just went thru this trying to find a replacement tire. They are just now starting to show up. Took a month for my tire guy to find one.

Do a search on line and maybe you can find a shop that has some and will ship. Not sure where you are located. Some places will ship for free if you buy 4. But you probably want to do 5 since the truck has a full size spare. ;)

Here you go on the difference.

315/70R17 is 34.36 inches
35x12.50R17 is 35.03 inches.

But once you get them mounted, on the truck and the right pressure set, the 35 is more like 33.5 to 4 inches.

Good idea, I'll look online for the free shipping.. I havent actualy looked yet, need to pop my head under there... Does the truck come with a full size stock tire? That would be the Good Year Duratrac LT285/70R17

BFG website says the 35x12.50R17 is actual 34.5in. But yeah, understand they measure smaller once mounted.. My current Goodyears measure out to ~31in mounted..

Yup the truck has a full size Duratrac.

And I found the same thing that the 315/70r17 and the 35x12.50/17 measured the same diameter but different widths on their specs page. I went with the 315's

Do you know the Load Range of those? It doesnt say on BFGs site. I need load range E..

All the tires I have looked at, the 315s are a bit shorter than the 35s. Not that it is an issue, but just be aware.

My 315's are load range E. I didn't see anything in that size or the 35's with the lower D range

Crusty is a legend - I could only fit my 35 in the spare spot with it inflated to about 30ish PSI. Any higher and it wouldn't go.
