That totally sucks. I hope they make it right for you.

I asked for mileage to see what happened and no response other than it will be put in the body shop and it will be fixed.

This was the lost first order from 9-8-21, that they never got in. It was found and then amazing enough it has mileage and wrecked the roof.

The 2nd one is been skipped now and bumped they can't even tell the status of it at the dealership..

I'd think they could run it up the food chain and get answers.

They claim they have tried and no one is able to answer for anything. It's more of the same lip service at this point. Zero help, they can get someone to pay much more this and that for the truck if I don't take it.

I’d be demanding a steep steep discount. Like somewhere in the neighborhood of half price. The hell with that crap. If my PW shows up even a bit different than ordered I’ll be forcing a second correct order.

Thank you and the others very much for writing back. Thanks for the info as well. My wheels are now really turning and I believe I might just wait until the 23’s are available to order. The good thing is that I am not in a place to where I have to do something in a rush. I had already waited a year before ordering, hoping that the 22 year model might be the year that Ram decided to do as they did with the 1500’s, with the Hd’s. I love my 1500. It sounds like with all that Mark Dodge is offering it would still be a lot less expensive and a whole better deal even a year later, then the deal I am in now and possibly take advantage of some little changes they may be coming for 23. Who knows when and if Ram will make the total change over. I will touch base with Renea and go from there. Have a great day.
Well, the loan rates will definitely be higher as well as the price of the trucks if that matters to you.

As an FYI for everyone here, I emailed Sandi on Friday and she reported that the tracking system was down. As if our friends at Stellantis didn't have enough challenges, here's the email I just received from her:

To: All U.S. Dealers

Please be advised that our OBT provider that consolidates all the NA in-transit and shipping details experienced a cyber-attack at the end of last week. Dealers should expect to see issues with DealerConnect specific to vehicle deliver ETAs, as well as track & trace capabilities for the remainder of this week. Vehicle shipping will not be impacted, and operations will continue as normal.

Updates will be provided as the situation improves

You can filter the spreadsheet by model and it seems Big Horns and Tradesman orders are disproportionately slower to fill than the others that have more equipment on them, I wouldve' guessed the opposite of that based on supply shortages. I ordered my Tradesman the same week you did and I see a bunch of well equipped trucks get built that were ordered well after ours. There is no rhyme or reason to what gets built and when.
Ya I understand that but at the same time dealer told me the delay was due to it being I heavy option big horn . My real question is the priority thing even real thing?

Thanks for the add.. Been reading a lot of posts. I was just called by the dealer. Ordered my 3500 HO crew cab ok Feb 4th. It was just shipped out.. On average how long does it take for a vehicle be delivered once it gets on a train? Trading in my 2019 2500 Cummins

Well they have a different mindset.. it's more of oh well it's wrecked we will sell it full price to someone else. They are not in the mind of taking care of a repeat customer anymore.

I know it is a lot to consider. I sent an email to Renea at Mark Dodge a while ago and I’ll take it one step at a time and weigh it all out. Thanks

I have reservations there May 28 - June 1. I need to get some satellite shots and do some recon, never been there.

We were told our 42' 5er would fit in a spot. So many vehicles in the way we had to cut the corner a little to quick. Ended up costing us a new roof and the 5er in the shop for 8ish weeks.

Anybody whose truck went through the Port of Baltimore…. How long did your truck sit there before heading to the dealer? I’m coming up on 4 weeks and the dealer ETA just got pushed back again.

Hi guys,

I ordered my '22 3500 Big Horn on 1/29, didn't have any update til the other day when ram chat said it was built & waiting for shipping. I added it to the spreadsheet but was wondering if anyone can see where this truck is so I have an idea when it may show up. VIN: 3C63R3DL6NG267615 Thank you!
