Have a 22 power wagon on aev wheels and 35s. I really don't want to lift it any taller but would like a better shock. I had fox 2.5 remote reservoir on my gladiator rubicon and they made a noticeable difference. The power wagon is great around town and most places on the highway but on choppy sections it can get bouncy. It's not a huge deal but wouldn't mind getting something that has better control then the factory bilsteins. Was hoping to avoid changing springs but wasn't sure what others had experienced. This is currently my daily and won't likely tow near the trucks max except short distances and rarely. Occasional towing of 3,000 to 5,000. Any advice is appreciated.

Check CJC Offroad. They have custom tuned Fox 2.0’s. They may have in stock height. (Mine is leveled 2.5”) I have them with 35’s and they were noticeably smoother than stock.

Yeah I'll be tossing my 2.0s on my 22 as soon as it gets nicer out.

I have the Thuren tuned Fox 2.0 resi's in the front and the Thuren Fox 2.0 IFP's in the rear. They are exactly how I wanted them. I did change the springs in the front and rear, though, to the .5" Thuren fronts and +2" Carli's in the rear.

Did the +2 in the back raise it or is that what fits the power wagon. How do you feel about the ride with springs and shocks.

The +2" in the back did raise the rear, but I have a LOT of gear that I carry in the back and I wanted to compensate for that. There is a +1" version of their rear springs, too. I originally started with just doing the front shocks and springs along with the Thuren Fox 2.0 OEM length shocks in the rear and OEM springs, on Thuren's guidance. But, the concrete seams and road here in Colorado did not let the rear give like I wanted it to. I probably have more stuff than I was accounting for. After adding the rear Carli springs, the extended length Thuren Fox 2.0's and the rear Thuren trackbar, I am happy with how it handles on road and off road. I spoke with CJC offroad a couple of times and even with the Thuren shop. Both are very customer service friendly and can help guide you to what you are looking for.

When you talk about the concrete are you talking about how these trucks bounce on some of our lovely concrete highways here in Colorado? I was thinking about going your initial route as I got the same feedback from Thuren. However I am also running heavy in the rear all the time with my RTT, rack, fridge, 37 spare, full ram boxes. Seems I should be looking at where you've landed on final setup.

I'm more than happy to let you drive my truck and get a feel for it. I'm in the Colorado Springs area. The concrete seams are still bad, but it becomes a point of trying to fight just that battle versus getting the rest tuned in.

I hates those concrete sections. The worst for me is the south bound lanes of Hwy 24 just north of Constitution.

I-25 on the north end of the Springs is bad. I-25 around Castle Rock is brutal.

Living out east of the Springs, I almost never take I-25 up to Denver. It's all nice back roads for me.
