2022 Ram HD Builds and orders - Post and discuss your TRUCK order here! ** NEW USERS READ POST #1 **

Received an email saying all parts have been received and will be built soon. So I believe it's D1. Can that be checked?

same boat as you canadian order. Ordered september 2021 still in D status tho since january :(

I do not understand why.....I am sure there are many trucks after the 12/31 orders that are built with the same options and delivery locations. IF mine gets built on 5/16, it may hit the dealer lot 7 months after the order date.

We have a 2 week RV trip in June, I thought for sure I would have a truck by then. I sold my current 3500 Ram and luckily my Dad will let me use his to tow RV if mine doesn't make it in time. Really bummed that I may not have my truck by this trip, but hopefully by our 2 week RV trip in July.

The more I think about it, the more I get pissed off. But there is nothing I can do about it, except WAIT!!
Lot of people ordered way before that and still waiting on their truck for the summer rv season... your are not alone

D1 last I heard, scheduled to be built may 2. Current truck has been PERFECT since the new wiring harness was installed. They also replaced my cargo camera. Probably going to be a tough decision to give up the mega srw for the cclb drw. The mega is way better for the everyday driving I do vs the dualy.
@beckty85 we have almost the exact same truck and I’m scheduled for 5/2 as well. Maybe it will be a 3500 DRW HO week for others as well

I am not sure this helps but from what I can tell there is a hold up on 3500 HO SRW trucks. It doesn't appear to have anything to do with trim levels it looks like it is mainly SRW HO trucks. They seem to be really slow and even more random than most at getting built.

Dealer told me 2 weeks ago I was D1 with estimated ship date of 4/28/22. Checked again today and no change. No news is good news in this case!

Thought this was interesting and pertinent to our ordering and shipping woes.

Although, based on our collective experiences, I feel like rail shipping has been the most on-time and reliable method.

Just a matter of time before rail rates go up - again. Destination charges soon to follow. Then the steamship lines will follow suit because they have some leverage.
