2020 ordering?

Btw, did you request a brochure from the Ramtrucks.com site? There's a chance that a targeted rebate of up to $1,000 will just magically show up on your dealers system if you do.

That would apply over and above any other discounts or rebates you already have worked in to your deal.

I get the system an the intention to get non fca enthusiasts to come on board, wich is great, but they should open it up to take care of, patrons an non patrons alike. Attrition is a huge part of buisness, getting it is one thing an retaining it is another. Opening it up to all would only build a stronger bond among our already tight nit mopar family. All should be welcomed in and all should be welcomed to stay.

0% on 36 is still available through FCA and the best interest rate I was offered was 2.74% for 72mo from BofA with 0 down. Everyone else for 60mo or less was above 3%.

I won't do business with BOA, and not for financial reasons - I have perfect credit.

I got 2.88% for 72 mo with my primary banking partner, US Bank. Dealer was able to best USAA's rate.

My salesman just emailed me an said they can't make a discounted deal w/o step an the voucher will be sent to me.
Just confirming this. Got a call from Ram Cares asking to approve the bed utility group without the bed step and that they’ll email me a a 15% off coupon shortly.

I got the same call from fca An that i wanted the voucher an they could release the truck. So you all no what I said. But that lady didn't know her @$$ from a whole in the ground. She tried telling me they would mail me a 15% of f parts an labor so when the parts come in we can get it if we want. I told her that's not at all what my dealer quoted me. After that call, I called my dealers salesman and he said yah she's crazy an said he would forward me the email next weak, so it sounds like there gettjng everybody screwed up.

Brutal if you don't mind me asking an please just say so if you feel uncomfortable, but what do you consider a perfect credit score. I'll be honest mine is perfect also (833). Im proud of it, a lifetime of hard work. Just asking so I know what to expect. Still hoping it goes lower though.

Maybe I should have said near perfect. I also said perfect credit, not perfect score. ;)

A perfect score on either FICO 9 or VantageScore 3.0 is 850 and unlikely for all but a handful of 1%'ers. If you have an 850 FICO you probably don't need to borrow money unless you're offsetting the true value of money vs investing it.

Best rates are obtained with a >800 FICO and >780 Vantage score. A borrower should still see very good rates with >740 FICO and >660 VantageScore.

Auto rates aren't likely to reduce as fast as mortgage rates will, but if your dealer isn't getting you similar or lower rates than the last few posted, find a better lender. He told me BOA had the best rates, but I refuse to do business with them and won't compromise my principles to save a few bucks.

Yah mines pretty much perfect, that's what they tell me anyway. An as for not needing financing, i really don't. My investments have a better rate than I'll be paying out in interest so pretty much it 'll be a wash, that is why I got such good credit. Also you got to occasionally use it to keep in great standing an I plan on paying it off in 2yrs an having only paid 650 in total interest And my investments will be more incoming than that so yah hoooooo .I got this figured out baby

I got the dealer to take a $30K down on a CC. ;)

I'll float that until the statement balance is due.

Hahahha, sounds like that dude had a problem, ohhhhhhhhh that's good stuff Ann i love it, at a boy

If true, that guy may be unemployed tomorrow.

If true? It's 100% true. Finance guy cleared it with the boss. :)

When he asked me about a down, I asked if I could put it on a CC. He said, "Sure." My response was, "Careful what you say, you didn't ask me how much." Initially they agreed on $25K and when I waffled on the MaxCare, evan at $100 over cost, he sweetened the deal with the offer to take the entire amount. And since the Maxcare went into the deal, I didn't pay any sales tax on that.

I actually split it to get rewards points on my Amex Gold and airline miles on my Chase UA club card though I could have put the entire $30K on either card. It's not like I agreed to eat the fees, this was on the already negotiated price.

I once paid a $20K dental bill on my Amex. It never hurts to ask.

Years ago, I knew an IBM sales manager that walked in and tried to buy a Corvette with his Visa. When the dealer declined, he lit into them about the "We accept Visa/MC/AMEX" on the Door. As I recall I think they ultimately agreed to something like $40K on the card but he probably ate the fees.

All I got to say brutal is, I hope you got some mighty fine teeth for 20 k

Damn, most I have ever gotten them to take was $10k on a card. You did good!

Knock on wood, I was blessed with very strong teeth. Product of fluoridated water and limited soda pop as a kid. No cavities. Dentist is constantly amazed.
