Ever had an unrealistic performance review based on absolutely ridiculous metrics with your compensation tied directly to it ?

Not me, but my wife is a public school teacher, doesn’t really get worse than that as far as performance based reviews. She chose that path for herself and continues to endure the punishment for those kids.

If the dealership is so awful and evil and stacked against the poor salesman I can point them in the direction of 10,930,000+ Job openings in this country
