4% Under Invoice on any Retail order HD Ram Truck

Thanks Zach. As long as I get it at some point that’s all I care about. This is my second vehicle from your dealership and my in laws have picked up their Jeep from you in January. Appreciate you and your team. Class act.

Are we still looking at an approximate 4 month delivery for new orders?

Looking at a 2500 Laramie, HEMI, NE, B group, Console, 12" screen, Center Camera, LED bed, Deployable boards.

We received some this last week almost exactly like this and they took 90 days. I'd still plan on 120. But that's encouraging.

Sounds good.

Time frame (?) the same on a 2500 Limited, HEMI, NE, Off-Road, Tow Tech group, center stop lamp, delete ramboxes and spray-in. Keeping all the other standard features. No other add-ons.

Forgot to add, both of the builds would be mega cabs. Appreciate it.

We have a similar combination with a normal crew cab that was ordered in November that just showed up. I'd imagine a 4-5 month estimate is accurate based upon our history on that as well.

Zach, I have a few questions on Rewards and the RAM Drive Plus Mastercard:

Does your dealership participate in the maximum rewards programs?

Do you accept the $1000 Bonus Certificate from DrivePlus Mastercard on a RAM 2500?

Can you use the DrivePlus card for a down payment that exceeds $1000? Maximum amount that you will accept on a new vehicle purchase?

Thanks.

I guess I'm not familiar with the maximum rewards program.

We will accept any rebates or incentives applicable based on the incentive configurator at the time of delivery.

We will accept up to $2000 on a card any balance above that is charged a 2% processing fee that we pass on from the credit card company.

Hey Zach - how close have the ram provided ETA dates been on the ram trucks coming to Granger? I was just provided an ETA of 4/13-4/20 on my build and am trying to figure out if it’s likely to actually be delivered in that window. Thanks!

When I called and spoke to a rep at Drive Plus, they said I had to ask these questions of the specific dealership to get the answers. I know marketing and the dealership do not always share the same information.

Well, if I receive the $1000 bonus cert before the truck arrives, then I will find out at delivery if it qualifies for a 2500.

Thanks for the information.

Normally fairly accurate. Unfortuantely there is a truck driver shortage and this has delayed some of our deliveries in the last 30 days. So I don't give 100% confidence it'll be in that window.

Wow. Well, that spoils wait time for me. If I could be so lucky...
That is just what it is, luck. I know Granger (or any dealer) has no say as to when orders get picked up and scheduled. We are all just at Ram's mercy. Good luck!

I ordered on 3/7/22
Wow, that is fast! What did you order?

I placed my order with them yesterday, and have set my expectations at somewhere around 6 months (Mega/Rambox). Not the first time I've been through this, so I know it just is what it is.

My 1/24 order is on the way to Granger! Hopefully in the next 2 weeks it will be there. I’m flying out and driving 1,150 miles back home. That should be..fun.. Amanda has been great to work with.

That sure is the truth.

HD trucks really haven't been too bad compared to some other trims.

I would also say Ram has been better off than both Ford and Chevy with production.

I can confirm that…I ordered the f350 on 2 December and based on your input, switched to the ram order on 1/24. Ram is currently en route to Kansas City Argentine yard…I would still be waiting for the ford to be built!
