Just wanted to say thanks to all the people that helped out along the way in my process. Almost canceled my order but some well timed checking in gave me the info I needed to stick with it.

Did ram chat ever confirm you were on the boat? I'm hoping I am. Im going off of info another member gave me saying mine was shipped. I found this one that would make the most sense. When I call Ramchat they still just tell me I'm kz and it wont change until it is delivered..wonder if your in the same boat (no pun intended lol) or if they were actually able to tell you yes your on this shp

The boat name it's on probably won't show until it's checked in at Davisville. PM me your vins guys.
 
So I tried to reach out to my dealer today for the first time to get an update on status. The response that I got was "nothing yet". Maybe I expect to much but I would expect an email from a dealer to have more than 2 words in the response.It sounds like some of you are working with dealers that are very willing to contact and work with their customers. I guess the wait continues.

What did you ask them for and where are you at in the process? If you specifically ask for an updated POC, they should be able to send that to you. That will have your status in the upper right hand corner.

I am lucky that my dealer bends over backwards at MD to keep me updated. I would call your salesman and ask specifically for a build code status. They can pull it up your POC on the computer and give you specific build codes and dates if any are available. Not sure how long it has been since you ordered, but see what they say. I usually get my generic updates from RamChat, and when there has been a change I reach out to the dealer to get specifics

I would contact ramchat and when they say something along the lines of all parts have been gathered and your scheduled to be built..something along those lines..that typically means you’ve gone D1. Then you can reach out to your dealer to confirm via updated POC.

My dealer is the same makes it seem like I'm bothering him when I called. Some salesman care about customer service and repeat buisness or recommendations. And some just clock in and clock out and really dont care
 
Ya Sandi at MD has been great from the start but she gave me a 8-9 wk date to contact her and said she should have a better idea. Obviously no guarantees but ive had to wrestle with my impatience and not knowing to make it this far. Set to contact her for the first time in 8 wks this coming Monday for the first update. But Cryptosticker did already show that i have a Equipment List atleast.
I know the wait will get harder once shes built and waiting to ship.
You guys do a h!!! Of a job keeping me occupied showing pics and such.

No, just a best guess going from the info I got from @brv10. I get the same message you are from Ram Chat.

Mine is built with equipment list and sticker waiting to be shipped hopefully. Sandi said contact her with my reference number NG261994 every couple of weeks. Once it's on the train and in Port it's two weeks to dealership.
 
Truck made it to Kinder LA today at 1219. Anyone know the next stop? Ramp ETA is 4/2.
 
Got a VIN number today. What does that mean in terms of getting built? Does that mean they have a date scheduled? Or maybe it doesn't give any indication of the time frame??

I was shocked to see my build show up as KZOG status (line 776-live4rut) VIN 3C6UR5SL1NG214839.

Does anyone know where that information came from? My salesman and the dealer’s Ram representative both could not find any information to support that status, it still shows KZT on their end. Thanks!

I should note, it arrived to the final rail yard on 3/16 and it appears the KZOG status was listed on 3/17. Makes perfect sense to me since they likely did an inspection prior to assuming liability.

@live4rut I'm helping @OfficerDirtySanchez close out old orders on the tracking sheet, since a lot of forum members never update us when they take delivery.
I asked Everyone's Favorite Insider to run your VIN last week and that is what it showed. I seem to recall talk of sever issues, so maybe that information was not up to date. Glad you are at KZT!
