New member new truck

Howdy folks. Recently ordered a new truck on March 17. 2500 Laramie. 6.7. 4x4. Granite crystal. Never owned a dodge before but after gm swapped the design of the chevrolets I couldn’t go back with them. Work truck is a Ford 250. So weak it won’t pull a wet ribbon out a cats butt. Browsing everything I can for upgrades when it comes in. Read where one lady checked the status of her ordered truck. Where and how to do that? I haven’t paid anything but a deposit on the truck. So I may not be able to check it. Look forward to hearing tips tricks and ideas from y’all.

Are you a Canada order? US orders get a VIN within a couple days usually.

I agree! How did you find the "Status"? I have both vin and von, but must not be looking at something correctly?

Thank you, I figured out that I put in the wrong order date, so that is why mine is not coming up. Trying to figure out how to fix it now.

Idk the website to go to. I just called dealer. I’d love to know the website so I can watch progress without calling dealer is the link above auto updated with statuses of vehicle?
