[mention]matemike [/mention] could still be JS, but I was in holding from the 5th to the 22nd(?). I was told truck went KZ on the 22nd, and that was the date the rail car was loaded.

Can confirm, the worst part of this wait is when your truck gets to the rail yard and you're waiting for it to get placed on a truck and dropped at the dealership. Mine has been sitting for 10 days and counting and its killing me.

Oh, most definitely. I've been cool so far, but now it is getting close to real.

I'm fine with waiting...still got a boat to offload, but I have to replace the injector in it first. But as soon as I can finance the truck, I get to buy the solar panels for the toy hauler. I'm waiting for dominos to fall...

I'd take that kinda pain over the "waiting for months for the truck to go beyond D status..."

I said the same thing until mine was built and in the yard. Its so close I can taste it at this point.

BUT that wait while its in D is rough, constantly thinking its going to be one of the trucks that just doesn't get built.

She updated her phone, no help and a couple days later I did the hold volume and tune button reset and it’s been fine since. My 21 high country also was goofy until dealer flashed that a few times.

Thanks! I've soft reset the system, so far it seems to be working. I was at the dealer today and we were trying to download updates via wifi, but it just kept scanning and never found any updates and never told us if updates were available or not. The last time it tried to install software updates via WiFi it failed and it has never tried again. Been 4-6 weeks now.

The kid at the dealership sent me the picture of his screen this morning. I just wish it had the actual shipping number so I can see where on the rails it is.

Yes they used to. VOTS. my rough understanding that I heard secondhand from my wifes, uncles, cousins, nephews former roomate is they stopped it due to too many complaints of reality not matching their estimates on dates/times. I guess that was back before they called them Karens.

Have you been told you’re KZ? Or assuming based off having a sticker (like I said, I did this)? I know KZ means dealer invoiced, but I think it’s also where they start assigning rail assignments (no dealer wants to pay for something to sit).

Like all things during the process from order to delivery, this one seems to fluctuate wildly with little known reason. My window sticker came 2/19 but dealer still sees no ETA. The way I understand that it means it hasn't been shipped yet.
 
New here have been reading along and see many of you are feeling the same why I am and dealing with the same issue....I ordered my mega cab ho dually dec 17 was built march first and hasn't been updated since March 7th with still no ETA. I never got any updates as it went along in the process only from me calling ram. Wasn't sure if any one here could help me and see where I'm at in the process. Last thing ram chat told me was in kz and no update since the last
