@gator6 .... Sorry for the radio silence on this end. My youngest had her state archery tournament this weekend and her middle school team qualified for nationals!

I did email Sandi and per her usual punctual self, got back to me the same day! She said that Whitey was released for shipping on the 19th and was still waiting for a train ticket. For those here who were wondering, the train ride has been taking about a month to Port Allen. She suggested that I get back to her in a couple weeks to see if it caught a train ride and if so, she would have a better idea of an ETA.

Here's hoping everyone had a great weekend and I'm off to get caught up on some reading here (looks like I've got about 8 pages on this thread)!

Just checked-in on my railcar and it looks like my scheduled arrival to Port Allen slipped a day to 3/29. It arrived somewhere yesterday morning at 4 AM and sat there all day. If it actually makes it to port tomorrow, it will have been an 8 day ride from Mexico just as predicted.
 
Did my Monday morning status checks. Nothing on Cryptostickers. Called Ram Chat and got the same status today that I have had the past 2-3 weeks. "Thank you so much for holding. I am showing your vehicle has been scheduled for production. The vehicle should be entering the build process shortly."

Apparently their 'SHORTLY' is a different time frame than mine. Well, I guess I send my Monday email to the dealer asking for my update. I was told by him he checks order status's weekly on Mondays, yet he doesn't forward me any information. I send an email, and 2-3 hours later he gives me an update.

Maybe wait till tomorrow to ask the dealer. I say that because your dealer is checking on Monday, and may not get all his info till after reports to you. I started with two months until D1, down to one month looking for KZ, then every couple weeks looking for shipping notifications.

So, as hard as it is to wait, that’s all you can do. With production picking up, maybe two weeks dealer check-ins would be pertinent from D to EL/sticker. Then I’d check every couple of days with Ram Chat looking for that “ETA window” notification to ask the dealer for rail info.

I’d start getting antsy around my “ship date” (I think these are on the D1 POCs) as the trend has been to see ELs published around that time, usually followed by the sticker a couple days later. That’s when you could drop you communications to a week to find out if you’re KZ or JS, but RC will tell you “you’re in the shipping phase with no estimated ETA”. Until RC says “your ETA window is…” I wouldn’t ask the dealer for anything.

I found that Mark Dodge employees can get some good intel and are good about passing it, but if it’s not there they can’t send it. Ram Chat is extremely vague with general information, not really reliable with the info they have, but once you’re built they can give you cues to contact your dealer.

ram chat just gave me a dealer estimate for delivery for my build 3/23. not sure when or if it has left yet. soo looking forward to receiving my new wheels. I have been told I have a 26 day train ride so by calculations it should be leaving soon if it's not on a train that has left already. looks like I will have it just before I deploy.

It can happen over weekends as equipment listings aren't published on the weekend but window stickers are. But @KneeDeep's equipment listing and window sticker are both showing up as of this morning.
