I think all I've heard folks say RC has told them is "it's in the shipping stage" and "ask your dealer for more information on when it is expected to be delivered".
 
Yeah the chat page is just grayed out instead of black to push. I thought some folks have said they got their ETA from RC.

Here's what I see..."We have advisors available by phone or chat on Monday-Friday, 7 a.m. - 11 p.m., and Saturday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m."
 
Thanks. I just got back from sea and it didn't work. Makes perfect sense. I appreciate it. Friday is my next check in with Sandi.

I was shocked to see my build show up as KZOG status (line 776-live4rut) VIN 3C6UR5SL1NG214839.

Does anyone know where that information came from? My salesman and the dealer’s Ram representative both could not find any information to support that status, it still shows KZT on their end. Thanks!

I should note, it arrived to the final rail yard on 3/16 and it appears the KZOG status was listed on 3/17. Makes perfect sense to me since they likely did an inspection prior to assuming liability.

Still curious to know who updates the spreadsheet to determine how they saw my VIN as being KZOG status. Dealer contacted Ram and neither are aware of any damage with my dealer’s shipping page showing KZT, not KZOG.
I should be picking up the truck this week so I’ll hopefully have further details either way. If the truck is truly damaged then I will certainly be reordering rather than paying for the damaged build.
 
Ok so I am signing the paper’s tomorrow. My credit is in the high 8’s and I’m going 84 month. I will not keep the truck but for most likely 3 years. Lowest apr they are saying is 3.99. Has anyone gotten a lower rate? Also one thing I noticed was I was always able to tell the limited’s with out badging , by the door handles. Always had that nice strip of metal. But my 2022 doesn’t have that. Is this because the night edition?

@OfficerDirtySanchez updates the spreadsheet. I'm pretty sure he can't see status and relies on input from us. Check with him. Maybe there was a confusion.
