I have always been a huge fan of RAM and MOPAR in general, but I have to say that their customer support is just about useless. I try Ramchat and they can only provide general info. They gave me the customer support number and the woman I talked to seemed like she could not care any less. I got the old "they must be waiting for parts or something, call back in a month"

You were correct. Contacted the dealer and she confirmed D1, but that they did not have a build date yet…the wait continues!
They wont have a build date at D1 but they should have an estimated ship date. That date seems to be pretty close to your actual build date.
 
I checked the spreadsheet today it shows I’m in F status on line 657 but I have not received any type of estimated ship date after D1 vin 3C6UR5TL6NG191749 am I supposed to have one

They call it a build plan and it's allways on a Monday.. its usually the Monday in the same week as your ship date.. and yes you have a build plan as soon as your trucks goes to D status but it will usually change sometimes alot.. you get a ship date as soon as it goes to d1 status and that can also change..

So I was looking at the spreadsheet at trucks that were similar to the 1 I’m having built 2500 limited megacab loaded and the window stickers are ranging from $91,000 to &95,000 when I ordered mine it was $88,160 my question if anyone can tell me am I to pay the new window sticker or what it was when I ordered it

You should be locked in to the price you agreed upon when you ordered. It’s a contract, and my Buyers Order was the locked in price. Someone chime in if I’m wrong!
 
Two questions...

So my truck is suppose to loaded onto the train. It's showing KZLD status but I don't see KZLD as a status code.

Also, when I put my VIN in the payload thing it says mine is a Lonestar however it is a Big Horn. Curious about that. Anxious to see how that payload number is compared to sticker on door. Oh and still no window sticker.

So… I have to dig up the article, but there was a HUGE stink made by a man who ordered a Bronco last year. This guy was a longtime customer and his salesman was a friend of his. If I remember correctly, the salesman was being dodgy, so the guy goes in to get his bronco to find they tacked on a $10k dealer fee or something like that. The dude lost it, I can’t remember if there was an attorney involved, but the dude lost the Bronco and his deposit.

Now most here will tell you that they’ve paid pretty much what they negotiated at order. I’ve seen a few people who have reported getting into arguments, and recently we’ve seen someone lose their deposit for not going with the dealer’s financing option. If you ordered with Mark Dodge, I’d say you’re taken care of as I’ve heard several stories of customers getting taken care of even after the recent price hike in January…wow, January seems like that was just yesterday.

I've received the rail car assignment from a source ;). Have any of you checking with Union Pacific get told your car was last updated in a different location (Indiana) than expected, at a time (late Jan) than expected?
If I try and trace my railcar number with CSX or Norfolk Southern, they tell me the car was unloaded in Kansas City back in February. Union Pacific is the one that works for my shipment which started out on Ferromex and then interchanged to Union Pacific at Eagle Pass.

Have you tried all 3 of the tracing numbers? Mine took a day or so after it left the origin ramp to finally be active in the UP system.

I tried 1 number… thought I called UP, but the system said Norfolk Southern. I have yet to call CSX. Could you message me the numbers you have? I only show UP and CSX on what I could find.

I found what I was looking for, I’ll try tomorrow. It’s not like it will move any faster if I keep checking.

Right! I remember the two weeks off we got from school for xmas and that seemed to take forever. Now the only things that have dragged along were deployments and on-hull time (LCS). Now I’m watching the news and being responsible while looking at Life Insurance and health care…

I will ask them. It is entirely possible that the truck hasn't moved yet so that could be why I don't have more information yet. Not a big deal to me - its a waiting game regardless!
