I asked that question two weeks into the build back in December. I could NOT get rid of the chrome steps option AND have a DRW, but they didn’t show when I selected LL Level 1. Did some digging here and put in a change request, which was easy since both steps showed up on my POC.

Does anyone get their status codes from Ram Chat? Not trying to bug Sandi all the time. Trying to use Ram Chat as the middle man so to say. They said today the truck had no ETA. Then I asked if it could have shipped yet and sales code and got this "could have shipped, but contact your selling dealership for more accurate information as we do not see that status code"

RamChat told me today, “I am showing your vehicle has been scheduled for production. The vehicle should be entering the build process shortly.” Does that mean I’ve moved from D to D1…or am I still a D. TIA

Sounds like D1 to me.
 
Ram chat told me my dealer ETA is April 14 and my dealer says April 14 is the ETA to the port of Baltimore. I feel like my dealer is correct but I want to believe Ram… Either way it seems like a big difference knowing the truck could sit in Baltimore for a while. Can somebody help clear this up for me? I feel like this is the most reliable source.

I got the same dates as you from Ram and the dealer. I don’t think there’s anyone that can give a clear ETA unfortunately.
 
Long time lurker, first time poster here.

I was shocked to see my build show up as KZOG status (line 776-live4rut) VIN 3C6UR5SL1NG214839.

Does anyone know where that information came from? My salesman and the dealer’s Ram representative both could not find any information to support that status, it still shows KZT on their end. Thanks!

I should note, it arrived to the final rail yard on 3/16 and it appears the KZOG status was listed on 3/17. Makes perfect sense to me since they likely did an inspection prior to assuming liability.
