Has anyone that has ordered a 3500 Laramie recently been able to get the Technology Towing Group (March)? It wasnt selectable on the website build, I want the surround view, but on an 8.4" screen. Order only went in last Wednesday

I ordered on 3/10, Laramie 3500 DRW, and was able to order the tech towing group with 8.4”. Was not available on website, but the dealer informed me it was available and I ordered it. Sales code ADK

Well, got an email from Ram Customer Service

"This is a courtesy email update regarding your Ram 2500 factory order status.
At this present time, your vehicle has been sequenced for production.
I have reached out to our factory resources to both ensure your order is prioritized for production as well as to gather an estimated production plan timing to share further with you."

Does this mean my trucks is heading down the line?

So with the fanbase with this site, how do we not have an insider yet who has the scoop on the way the plant builds? I'd drop a couple hundred to get mine pushed up a few months in production.

"This is a courtesy email update regarding your Ram 2500 factory order status.
At this present time, your vehicle has been sequenced for production.
I have reached out to our factory resources to both ensure your order is prioritized for production as well as to gather an estimated production plan timing to share further with you."

Does this mean my trucks is heading down the line?

No I did not. Dealer told me D status. I was told on here that I was at D1. ALL VERY CONFUSING!!!

Are you getting the dealer ETA from Ram Chat or the dealer themselves? I've had a window sticker since 2/19 and my dealer hasn't been able to provide an ETA yet so I'm assuming that means it's being held from shipment for some reason.

I got the ETA from Ram Chat, then verified w/ my dealer. Does your dealer tell you what status code your POC is showing? That's key.

No I did not. Dealer told me D status. I was told on here that I was at D1. ALL VERY CONFUSING!!!

I went back and forth between D and D1 a few times. Each time I went D1, I got a new ship date which ended up being the date my truck was assembled.

I have always been a huge fan of RAM and MOPAR in general, but I have to say that their customer support is just about useless. I try Ramchat and they can only provide general info. They gave me the customer support number and the woman I talked to seemed like she could not care any less. I got the old "they must be waiting for parts or something, call back in a month"

I'm an employee and don't know anyone that can do that.. had a guy at my old plant that could but that was for vehicles comming from Detroit or Sr Louis. My 99 2500 was ordered and at the dealer in 5 weeks..ep trucks use to be marked also and sometimes we would get some extra and upgraded parts. But not anymore to my knowlege
