How do you pull someone out of the snow?

Buncha folks in here that wouldn’t pull somebody out? Bah humbug.

I would help someone, depending on the situation. If the car is f***ed up, I would make sure the person is ok but let a pro handle the extraction.

Just a truck spinning wheels, etc, not much can go wrong. A simple roadside recovery with quality gear shouldn’t go awry if you know what you’re doing.

Also, Don’t be the guy that puts a drunk driver back on the road, they will be less harmful in the ditch, leave them in the ditch.

Use soft shackles...synthetic rope shackles..high rated strengths, safe, light and easy to carry.

Probably the same crowd that goes apesh*t if you even talk about "overloading" your truck by a few pounds. I mean I'm risk averse but I don't know how some guys ever get anything done at all.

I was always told ,never take money and have them hook the chain /strap to there own vehicle.. with just about everyone having roadside assistance these days , that probably the better way to go..
