That’s correct. I’ll ping ramchat WAY more than my dealer. I’ll get a generic status from RC, and if it’s changed, I’ll text my dealer for the code.

I was getting weekly updates from the dealer and doing RamChat 2-3 times a week once I found out about it, which was about 1/2 way through b/t ordering and shipping. AS mentioned above, if the Ram Chat status changed, I would text my sales guy asking for an update

Yep, this is the way. I did the same thing with my Jeep order 4 years ago.
 
It looks like the price ceiling is nowhere in sight.. I ordered one month ago today and in that short time according to the Ram build web page the MSRP has increased $1700.00 and it was pretty dead on with price via the dealer at time of ordering. I really do wonder how much higher they are going to go before we (As in consumers) say ”enough is enough” lol. They had already gone up approximately 7k from the time they started the production of the 22’s until I decided to go ahead and order the same truck I had spec‘d out way back then. Good thing I got in writing a price a couple grand below the MSRP at the time of ordering. That price is looking better everyday. I do often wonder how much higher they can go. Yea yea, I know, as long as people like us who really gotta have um are willing to fork it out, the sky is the limit. LOL

Checked again just now and the system says it departed La Encantada CU at 5:46 PM and is headed to the destination. Sounds like it's rolling . . .
 
Any of you guys on here out in deadwood South Dakota over the weekend? I seen lot of nice new rams out there I was always looking seeing if I recognized any from here.
 
We're making progress now:cool:. My truck arrived at Eagle Pass TX at 8:40 pm last night. Scheduled for interchange to UP at 10:30 this morning. I'm guessing the rest of the trip is going to take significantly longer than this first leg since it's over 400 miles from Eagle Pass to Port Arthur with San Antonio and Houston gateways in-between. It's pretty awesome to see it moving along.

I'm sure it will be frustrating when it's sitting at the end of the train ride waiting on a truck with no visibility until it hits the dealer.

At least you’re one step closer. I just found out I’ve been in a holding pattern since the 5th. Wasn’t even considered for shipping until this morning I’ve been told.

Tentative build date was 3/22. Still in scheduling phase as of this mornings Ram Chat. Dealer tells me D status, but the kind fella here told me D1 status as 3/15. And now we continue to wait. Not sure how these guys on here could handle waiting for 4 or more months with no progress. That would drive me crazy. I am at 2 months now, and I cant handle it.
