Hey guys I have a few questions. 2022 big horn 3500 3C63R3LL8NG237064

1. I ordered my truck 12/31/21. I see a lot of people getting equipment/window stickers already. Im showing nothing. The guy I did the deal with at the dealership with I found out no longer works there and I have got a new point of contact and have txted him for an update and have yet to hear back yet.

2. I was told by dealer that I am in "D" Statues and was looking at Cryptostickers.net for updates and see nothing new. Also I see there is different levels of D statues? not sure where/how to get this information.

If your new POC is not getting back to you in a reasonable amount of time, I'd call the dealership and ask to speak with the sales manager.

Your a couple days after me so hopefully I'll see my window sticker soon. How long after your EL did you see window sticker and do you have a ship date?

Are you signed up with Cryptostickers? If so you SHOULD get an email as soon as the EL and Sticker come available. I say should because the system has been a bit erratic as of late.

Send an email to your new sales rep, and Cc the sales manager, to remind him you would like an updated POC. If he doesn’t get one for you, doubling down and asking, the manager may send one or remind him. In anything it creates a trail that can always be used as a reference for what steps you’ve made and when.

I am signed up and have gotten no emails I do have it saved on my phone and check it every so often. I try to refresh it as much as possible. As far as emails go Ill keep that in my pocket if he decided he doesnt want to play nice. How do I figure out if im D1 or D2 ect?

That will come with a POC (top right). You can ask Ram Chat and try to decipher what they say. The difference in D and D1 is parts have BEEN gathered and you have a gateline sequence for assembly vice BEING gathered.

I got great news today:
Ordered 2/11 (Friday night at 8pm) Laramie 2500 Hemi CC, Lev A, snow chief, off-road, bed utility, steps... but No cameras, sensors or safety.
Now D1 with estimated ship on 4/1.
Pretty sure it's not an April fools joke from dealer.

When I built it the MSRP was $64,115
When ordered the MSRP was $65,575 --> (there was a price increase approx 2/10 that was reflected on the build page on 2/13.)
Today, with Ship date of 04-01 - the price line now shows $67,490

Between February 1st and March 15th the price of this Laramie increased $3,375. or...5% (nope, didn't use a calculator.)

Say what you will but I'm pushing my financial limits to go Laramie by that arguable $4k more over BH... so a $3.5K hike sucks. It is what it is... but it is 5% more than an already insanely expensive vehicle. (My 1st was $14,100 brand new and it was awesome.)

Exciting though: 2/12 - 4/1 is 6 weeks from order to ship. I hope this is reality and not just numbers.

I ordered on 3-3 and was told ship date is 4-2. Sounds like things are picking up at the plant!
 
Just spoke to my dealer and he told me that there is some issue at the factory that the factory is going to have a big webex meeting today to discuss.....

I wonder if it has to do with the recall that has been discussed in another thread...
