If I had to guess I would say it leaves Saltillo and enters US via eagle pass on Union Pacific, then through Texas (San Antonio and Houston) before heading on to Port Allen terminal in LA. Trucked from there to Lake Charles.

I've seen Eagle Pass mentioned here, that is odd considering there is a route that appears to run through Laredo. I never looked at Saltillo till just now and it's well south of Eagle Pass, but closer to Laredo.

MSRP on that truck was $59,015

$59,015 + $1,000 = $60,015 (2% over MSRP)

VS

$59,015 - $6,491 (invoice minus 4%) - $1,000 (deposit) = $51,524 (12.7% under MSRP)

Excluding tax, tags, and other fees
Assuming 2% for 72 financing

$60,015 for 72 @ 2% = $885 / mo.

$51,524 for 72 @ 2% = $760 / mo.
($125 / mo. saved)

Shopping around and getting a reputable dealer can save you $9,000 at the end of the loan. I can do a lot with $9,000.

I’m in no way picking on anyone, just pointing out the importance of running numbers and doing homework before anyone purchases. There are enough dealers out there with good reputations and offering great deals, it pays to shop around.

my original price was 58,360 minus my 1000 down was 57,360. they added the parts i wanted onto the loan and took my 1000 and i still only paid 58,980

Question, on average how long after placing your order with the dealer does it take to get a VIN#? I placed mine on 2/28. Wanted to enter my information into the tracker. Inquiring minds wanna know!
 
12/9 order made it to the rail yard today. Just waiting on a truck ride to the dealer, should have it in a week or so it sounds like!

Sitting right about 17 weeks, dealer quoted 16-20 so looks like that's going to be pretty dead on. Anyone ordering in northern CA I highly recommend Dolan Ram in Reno, NV. I got below invoice, Matt my salesmen has kept me up to date with every status change. I havent had to ask whats up at all. Very transparent on pricing. As long as the truck arrives in 1 piece from the rail yard im thrilled.

I received a confirmation email with the vin number about a week after the order was placed Made the order 2/18/22

Yeah, I ordered Oct 19 and didn't hit D until Feb 25. Takes a long while for us Canadians.
 
I found out my shipment was on BNSF. Searching the Forum I couldn't find any way to track it, and found a few posts saying they had so much trouble they gave up. Upon suggestion, I called the CSX tracking line and it had no problem locating my rail car. I knew it had made it to the Pearland rail yard on 3/1 (maybe 2/28) and it has been KST ever since then, so figured it was still on the rail car. Per tracking, the rail car is empty, in MN, and has been released by the Customer (assuming that means Ram). Now to try to figure out why it hasn't been picked up yet. Just for reference, here is the rail car tracking list.

Where did you get the actual company that shipped it? Just process of elimation?
