In theory...yes.....
There are a lot of parts needed that the availbilty may be an issue. Also the cost is more than that package cost for sure. There is a special camera needed behind the rearview mirror that is needed. You may also need a different. Windshield if I remember correctly..I believe there is a thread on it here somewhere..

I called dealer and they said they can’t install it… it is a factory option only.

Yup it would be. DIY project and you would need AlfaOBD to make all the computer changes.
