Double Towing

Ya, I'm only at 17000 on 24000 rating. wouldn't want to push it much past that but to each his own. One thing fer sure, it is easy to remove and install and the build quality seems professional.
And I did get the "Bedshaft" to hook to. Much beefier than just using a ball. Look it up if you don't know what that is. The ride quality with 5th airborne hitch is truly nothing short of amazing!
Absolutely no feedback from trailer.

I've been really happy with the Curt A-Series I've had for the past 2 years, which is what Ram is offering as the OEM option now. but I also have airlift bags on my 04.5 that I ran around 30psi that helped a lot with the double tow. If I pick up any chucking with the new ride, I'm leaning towards a MorRyde pinbox. The rotaflex and airbag boxes don't play well with the Curt hitches, but the A-series is much more forgivable than the old Q-series heads were - just too flexy.

Had some friends try this. Good idea, but totally terrible tail-swing! He took out the whole side of a new Mercedes, peeled it open like a tin can. Than he side swiped a gas island.
He got rid of it and went back to a diesel pusher moho. Other than that and the $$, might look into it!

Yes, Idaho Tote is very popular with the "can't double tow" crowd. REALLY have to watch your tail swing with these.
