I don’t see remote proximity keyless entry on my window sticker. I’m assuming it’s
Not standard?

I can’t wait to see a couple of bikes in the back with tailgate closed. This is why I switched from a SB to LB

What kind of bikes? I was supposed to be racing at Daytona next weekend, but my truck was delayed just enough that I'm not going to have it in time and it is the tow vehicle for my trailer.

did you check your equipment list? will be listed there forsure if you have it. I just tried to build a laramie now and there was no option or group to add the keyless entry so its gotta be standard i would think.

EDIT, i see i was slow to answer lol.

So I think those are the “preferred packages” that get listed right off the bat. The standard features build with the trim levels. I want to say that proximity entry comes standard with Laramie and up.

when you go to a higher trim level, you can see what the higher trim offers standard versus the previous lower trim, and the sensor is not listed on any of them. You would think they would list that! I think its a pretty big deal pesonally! I checked all key enhancements from one trim to another, and its not listed.

EDIT, its not listed as a key feature, which you would think they would! That is very much a key feature!
It is listed if you go into the models and compare everyone side by side and see every standard and optional feature available for every model. To be honest, I have never been to that page before lol. Always just looked at the key features! I just knew the limited came with amost everything so I got it lol

Remote proximity door locks are standard on the Laramie and up.

That brochure covers pretty much every option and trim and explains it all.

I just ordered a 22 RAM 3500 Laramie first of this month. I was talking to the dealer and he was saying some options where restricted. Does that mean they aren't able to get that equipment? Example - Technology Towing package he said was restricted. I did get a VIN which a a plus :)

I think restricted and constrained are used interchangeably.
Pretty sure that means that Ram will either A) not accept an order if those items are selected, or B) hold an order indefinitely until those options become available again. Towing tech group being on restriction probably due to availability of the parts necessary to add that option to a Laramie. You may want to take a serious look at upgrading to a limited or limited longhorn. If you’re spec’ing a very loaded up Laramie (or trying to) you may find that you’ll be very close to limited / limited longhorn trim in price. (Within a couple grand) and you’ll have a nicer truck that’s worth more. If you order one from a dealer giving 11% off MSRP then the price savings would more than bump you to the next trim level and you’ll have a nicer truck all the way around AND get the tech goodies you want without having to wait or worry about things being restricted or unavailable.

Any kind of motorcycles. I figured you might have dirt bikes if you're going to the super cross. Or do you mean you're racing AMA? A couple of GSX-Rs would look good in the bed. I'll post a pic of mine with two KTMs after I take delivery.

Go to build and price .. when you get to summary it's listed under standard features. It's a small tab under the truck pic.
thats only on the American site, not Canadian. Probably the confusion I am seeing for myself

Yes the Canadian site, lists key features the Laramie trim has over the big horn, and it doesnt list the keyless entry. Canadian site is completely different, but I did find something similar to what you posted. but its no where to be found when you are in the build your own truck portion of the site. It should definitely be listed as a key feature when stepping up to the laramie over the previous trim model.

Yes I agree. The descriptions for options and explanations on them is something ram needs to do a much better job on. They also need to adopt a system that explains conflicts when you option a truck.

I saw the kid they sent out to fuel mine, stopped him and said "you know that's a diesel right"? I told him not to worry about the DEF, just did not want that stuff all over the truck, it was already at half anyway!
Good call. While I was finishing the paperwork for mine my salesman went to fill the truck. Don’t know what he was thinking but put regular gas in my diesel . Luckily he realized his mistake before he started Then had to come back and tell me. Didn’t go over to good. They towed it back to the dealership and emptied and cleaned the whole fuel system. So I didn’t get the truck for 3 more days. I’ve put almost 3k miles on it since and it has been running fine but will be something I will bring up if anything does go wrong.
