He’s D1, order placed 1/24/22 with an estimated ship date already. I’d say it’s too late to add something that technical unfortunately. This is another example of dealerships not clearly laying out all of the information prior to an order being signed and submitted.
Folks who are planning to order and are reading this:
Be sure to ask questions and confirm that the order will contain everything you want before you submit your order. These are unpredictable times and parts / chip supplies have wreaked havoc with availability of options. If you are ordering a truck and spending the money, make absolutely certain your truck will have everything in it that you want before you hand over your down payment and sign your POC (Priced Order Confirmation). In addition, I would check every bit of info your dealer is telling you with the good folks on this forum prior to signing. There have been numerous occasions where dealers are either A) unaware of the their product options, B) telling little white lies to secure sales hoping buyers will deal with the consequences after delivery, or C) are not being properly updated by Stellantis regarding trim / option / package changes. Get everything in writing and have it signed by both parties so that there is absolutely no confusion or surprises when the truck arrives. That way you have ground to stand on if your truck arrives and is not the way you planned / expected. That avoids the whole “he / she / they said this, promised this, assured this” scenario.
Do yourself a favor and do as much homework as you can before you sign!
