2021 3500 6.7 inline fuel filter by fuel tank not available?

Brought in for first service to dealer at 12,000 miles, my local mechanic told me having hard time getting fuel filters. While at shop they tell me truck ready and tell me since they don't have the rear inline fuel filter they did not put the second that is next engine either since it suggested they be replaced at same time, I ask parts desk about same they tell me they don't have a clue when they will have , my deal is what I need to maintain warranty besides keep up PM on my new rig, I have always prescribed yo take care of your tools and equipment and they will take care of you, I would dearly appreciate any thought on this, thanks in advance
 
Oh and by the way called ram warranty to get told I need yo ask dealer, uhhhh bad answer I am hoingbto start paper trail with them but really just want what I need been looking at some after market not sure if specs that need to be met or exceeded

I did look in specs on my downloaded manual it stated I need 3 microns for block filter and 5 for tank I guess better than nothing if I can correctly match size and o rings
 
How about asking if your dealer could try to get a name brand filter from one of their local parts suppliers, for instance NAPA? There must be other filters out there that meet Mopar specs?
 
Wow, I just ordered fuel filters from Genos two days ago.
 
2 more options for the primary;

Baldwin PF46152 or Luber-finer L9468F
